There's no specifiied rules for each board as seen rather each board has it category of discussion that's expected that every users should follow.
Like for bitcoin discussion board, it's expected that only bitcoin activities or events should be discussed there.
Also have boards like politics and societies which only related discussions should be posted there and to on as the boards are being mentioned categorically.

To avoid spamming it's advised to post on your local board due to local language that you're not familiar with may be used in the communications and using Ai to generate posts isn't allowed in the forum. So it's better you don't even post on foreign local boards to keep your account safe.

Just the way you found yourself in the board there are some threads which is pinned at the top of the boards, read them to understand, not just to read them. Also pay attention to interesting discussions and also endeavor to contribute to them, in that way you will be rewarded and your rank also increases.
This is a crutch forum and you get a lot of advantages which others out there are looking for. Before I forget, don't forget to read before posting, even though get information from anywhere, always remember to include the source before posting.

As others have said that there's no specified forum rules for each board but there are rules for all boards which already given above unless if it is about restrictions which lower ranks can't access some board although I think it won't be hard for you as you only need to rank up to jr member or full member. Anyway, you can post in different local board if you know the language then it's no problem but it's much better of you post in your own local board. I have seen someone who knows other where that person posted in other local board.

The best way to get to learn about the forum is to begin within or from your local board, get assistance from your brothers who are already here before you, learn from them and also learn about bitcoin, learning about bitcoin is the paramount thing, this will help you join in bitcoin related discussions and other cryptocurrencies as well.

On local boards, it's very helpful in achieving the development you desire. In my opinion, don't focus too much on account ranking because there's more important information to learn in this forum, namely Bitcoin security and proper storage. This forum is where we discuss it.

People gather on a forum for certain shared interests, to share information, ask questions, or learn something. 
Why are you interested in this forum and why did you even register? 
Only you can answer that question. 
Depending on your answer to that question and your personal interests, choose a topic in which you will participate in the discussion. 
Why do you want to reach a higher forum rank? For possible monetization of that rank through signature campaigns? 
In that case, I advise you to focus on quality rather than quantity and think about how you can contribute to this forum.

Anyone is allowed to comment on whichever board they prefer as long as you can have a fruitful discussion with the people on that thread. Some even reply on multiple local boards utilizing google translate in order to talk to locals who uses their local language.

I do recommend that before you engage into discussions in the forum, you should first check your local boards if you have any questions regarding this forum because some might had already asked such. Additionally, it is easier to communicate using your local language to people on your country given that not everyone is accustomed to the English language.

Firstly, understand why you are here, I don't know the reason but you do, if you're here to just get ranked up , well there's no shot cut to this, there must be some level of contribution that will get you there.
