Each forum has its setup and general rules such as no spamming are used everywhere, but each board has its special rules, which are usually listed in threads at the top. You have to stay on topic, like only discuss Bitcoin in Bitcoin section and when you are in country board you can speak the local language of that country as sign of politeness. To be respected member, you need to focus on quality other than amount, read best posts first to get vibe of place, post useful information other than short remarks, and be consistent over several months. Do not post low effort or attempt to force your threads to the top and always visit the "Meta" section to know exactly what is going on on this forum and any rule changes or update about forum.

Each boards has its own rules, so read the rules and stick to the rules in order not to find yourself wanting...You become a king by following or learning from a king...This same rule applies to the forum, so if you want to rank up to the position of well respected members of the forum, follow them by reading and learning from their contributions and from what you learn from them you can use it to inform or teach other who are not knowledgeable about that idea....

You can post there if you want or if you want to share something relevant to the forum, but if you want to interact with majority, focus on bitcoin discussion, economics, trading discussion, and gambling discussion, that's where most of the members creating various and interesting threads.

Learn the forum consistently, learn it everyday most especially for a beginner like you.

And goodva thing you don't need to search for so much before you can see them.  These rules are always at the top of every post. They dont move out of that position they are. So before you engage in any of board make sure go through the rulesbandveven asking making a post.

I don't see rules being at the top of every post unless things have changed recently. The forum rules are being pinned on the beginners and help section, which is exactly the place where the OP created this thread, and if the OP missed it, then there have been suggestions on the thread and the links have been made available as well. It's just left for the OP to go through them.

Welcome. You are right. There are many boards and you have to follow the rules,  some rules are board specific. I will only focus on local board matter. If you know multiple language, like English, spanish, italian etc, if you can communicate with the other in language specific board, it will not raise any issue. Multilingual people may interact with different territorial people with different languages. But if you Don't know a certain language  like (bengali), you should not post there, using translator.

There's nothing prohibiting posting on local or international forums, but it's much easier for beginners to learn in their own local forums because we'll discuss things using everyday language, making it much easier for us to understand. However, if you have English skills, perhaps participating in outside discussions is also beneficial, as it can broaden your horizons. Learn slowly according to your abilities and don't push yourself to achieve your best, as knowledge improves when someone learns slowly.

What we need is consistency in learning, because that way, knowledge will gradually increase. Not everyone can reach a rank quickly, as sometimes it takes adaptation and further learning to gain experience and much better skills.

Bitcointalk can look messy at first but it’s easier once you spend some time reading each board has its own focus, but the global rules apply everywhere local boards are usually open to everyone, though it’s better to post in the language of that section.

The forum is very simple and also tough if you don't follow the rules. Know exactly what you need and always go in for the very best because staying in good terms. Everything cant be learn in a day, it’s a gradual process. I don’t know why some people are always in rush when they join the forum. The forum is having a general rules which you can find in the pinned post in meta board. Also there are some boards which have some useful informations which are pinned on different boards. Actually some boards are not having, but some are having, those pinned posts are additional informations which you will be needing.

Some local boards are having their own rules also, so just visit your local board, check the posts pinned by moderators in your local board to see things which you will be needing to know about the local board.

Visit Meta and this section where you made the topic, there are posts pinned, you must read them all, after you read them you will get a good idea about what to do and what not to do, if you are really new to this forum otherwise if you are just posting here to increase some activity or something like that then bro that's not right.

But I always take things positively, you just have to spend some time and understand what is happening and how people are breaking rules so you won't break them.

It’s not new thing to me anytime I see a newbie ask this kind of questions in this forum. The best way to proceed in this  forums about what a member or newbies find very difficult or how you can navigate the difference rules of every boards in this forums is to ask questions about what you don’t know about.

Furthermore, from this your questions is show you’ve go over the forum and also differences countries boards, the answer to your question that said member to post in very local boards the answer is no. You can’t post in the other countries local board accept your the member of that country, is prohibited.

Most newbies must have heard about how most users are paid through participating in a signature campaign,so that could be the major reason for the rush.Though ranking up isn’t as easy as most newbies think it is,that’s why I always advise them to take out their time to do more of the reading instead of rushing to rank up in a twinkle of an eye.Indeed a newbie can’t know all the rules in one day because not all the rules of the forum are mentioned on the Meta board,you can discover most rules from your own findings on the forum.So you just have to flow along with the community and gradually you’ll get used to the system.

Welcome to this forum, first of all you have to be a good reader. The more you read, the better poster you will be. There are some different rules for each local board of this forum, but all the rules are the same except few. The respected members have already given various instructions and rules to maintain the discipline of the forum. So if you enter the link and ask what you want to know according to the rules, you will definitely get your answer.
However, note one thing that you have to do according to the rules of the board on which you post. Avoid posting spam unnecessarily.
