I recently saw a similar issue with whale.io in this section. They blocked someone who didn't complete the kyc on time. Things got resolved for him, and I hope they help you too.

not sure what this msg means. my point being that if u try sign up you can just enter a username and press register
no email on the account.
The reply was addressed to icopress. What he was saying was that whale.io has no username option, of which I told him that it has after the experience I had with them and what I even see today on the sign-up page.
Whether you use an email address or not, you still get a username.

Yes, it was resolved. And i am pretty sure this one will be resolved as well. In that topic, one can also read the reason why Whale has a limit on their KYC verification request. Some people may not agree with them, but it makes sense if you look at it from their own point of view. That said, the next thing would be for them to lift the block on OP's account, so he can provide the requested KYC information.

I can't imagine making a deposit on any platform without linking an email address to it.

Everyone here on the forum knows that I manage raffles and many Whale contests, and every time, either Whale or my assistant asks users to provide a Whale ID (which consists of numbers) or an email address (but a year ago, Telegram usernames were also acceptable). And not once, out of the hundred or so users I've spoken with, have I ever asked for a username. When they did provide their username, I've repeatedly told them that any bonuses cannot be credited in this manner.

I agree with icopress. Keeping an account without an attached email around really is a bit careless. Even if you didn't need it to register, there must have been an option to add it afterwards, pretty sure of it. Hopefully they can track your account through the deposit address, normally this should work. Hopefully OP still uses the same wallet though.

What you have in the OP is just the username, of which you have been told that it's not enough to identify you and get this resolved. You should consider sending that PM with anything at all that can aid in identifying your account, as has been suggested. How often did you deposit and which means did you use? Provide icopress with your deposit transaction hash. You have to try and help them here to get this solved mate.

Honestly, it is hard for me to believe that support did not reply to you. This casino even responds to private messages on the forum, even though it can take some time. I personally communicated with them through support tickets and through the forum, and there was always contact. That is why the situation looks strange to me, because I personally have never encountered an account block or withdrawal issues. I think it is too early to accuse them of being a scam, it is better to try to get in touch with them and resolve the issue on an individual basis.

replying to the last two messages i have sent them a message on the 11th of december here on this forum with no reply

what do you want me to do? as i said with the login name in my thread they can find my account, as they did on live chat
