Like we stated in the [Appeal] thread, we've changed who handles our account on bitcointalk. Right now a new representative is handling the account and the team see to it that only important updates and promotions would be passed to the forum. We honestly do hope that the red feedbacks are reconsidered even if it takes long for the forum to forgive our previous behaviour. It doesn't matter who has been handling the account. The fact is how supportive you are to solving issues raised on the forum. Feedback won't be reconsidered unless you solve all the issues raised against you and support further issues. If DT members think you changed your behaviour and solved issues, then they might think they should either remove feedback or not We admit we were wrong with our previous behaviour on the forum and will see that we work towards fixing all issues if possible. The signature campaign cheating was a complete misunderstanding as we didn't know that payment outside the forum wasn't allowed. To address that, we will be working with a manager on the forum to run all our promotions. Running a promo or campaign in the forum doesn't mean you are trustworthy. Rather, managers would refuse to work with you unless you start solving forum allegations. As for the scamming allegations, we will look into any unresolved issues and try to address them as soon as possible. We aim on building a long term trust on the bitcoin community.
This is what you should do first before thinking to run a promotion here. Only saying it verbally won't change the situation; we need to see visible progress in how everything is going.

are you tho? 3 months later and you still haven't even deleted all the AI spam garbage. that would be the minimum before you can make an appeal for the AI red tags to be removed or changed to neutral. As for the scamming allegations, we will look into any unresolved issues and try to address them as soon as possible. We aim on building a long term trust on the bitcoin community.

You simply can not just post an appeal and then disappear only to come back after 3 months. When you created this appeal, I actually thought you were going to be regular in the forum, answer some questions and accusations but just imagine some members had to wait for 3 months for you to reply to them. If that's the picture you are going to paint, then forget about rebuilding your trust.

We are still going through the scam allegations and from what we've gotten, there's only two cases on the forum where both users complained about their winnings withheld. They got response from the team on why that happened and it was simply because the system detected some breach in their winnings. We admit we were wrong with our previous behaviour on the forum and will see that we work towards fixing all issues if possible.

But seeing how lengthy it is, we don't know how long it would take deleting all post like you suggested. Is there an easy way to go around that? If you guys had operated with a brain from the beginning and took advice from those willing to help back then, you wouldn't be where you are now. Yea, thanks once again. Like I've already told the team, it won't be easy to redeem their image here on the forum. They have to do the needful. Simply running a paid promotion wont be enough. They have to show more efforts and willingness to work with the forum rules. The new team understands better than posting gibberish Ai replies on the forum that points to no where.

I checked their post history and noticed they responded to the thread about the scam accusations. It seems they tried to solve those scam accusations by returning the initial deposits to the player, but they confiscated the winnings, saying that the users violated their terms and conditions. Since they do not share personal information on public forum, I think the victims should go for mediators if they think they are not guilty. But I can see a more positive approach from Rakebit this time. However, they were ignoring the customers before, which has to be changed. So, I think they still have a long way to go. If you can prove that you guys changed and assure to solve all cases, I think the community will review the feedbacks.

Whoever is controlling this account may have good intentions, but you're working with a team who is a mixture of incompetent, greedy and dishonest. I suggest for the sake of your own reputation you stop working with Rakebit. Would anybody honestly consider this a "resolution" of an outstanding case? What if this was directed at you, and this was the answer you received?

Though they initially got themselves into deep shit by launching a campaign that seems to be fishy, plus their account history which was a complete Ai shit post( though they have taken down majority of those post).. While on that, like I already said, they requested I help them promote their brand on within the community. Which I took time to consider and launched a short term promotion( though they plan on long term afterwards). But a reply from You are about to promote a confirmed scam service. I warn you that you will lose your reputation by doing so. You trust page will be red colored and nobody will trust your services neither as a campaign manager, nor as a signature campaign participant. You are also opening the door for ignorant users to join this campaign just because they trust you without checking the rakebit bad reputation and they will be red tagged as well.
I invite you to revise your choice. You are about to do a horrible mistake man.

They are willing to work with the community rules, they turned out to not understand how to go about the signature campaigns, they contacted me and asked to manage their promotions. I will address the bolded parts. They contacted you or you contacted them? There have been sites in the past that were given a chance but when this happens the manager is basically more at risk than the site as the site is already tagged, more tags don't hurt them really. The manager takes on a vouch role by doing promotions for a site, so if even 1 person gets scammed while you are managing things for them, you could be putting your managerial journey at a quick end. As far as their tags go, they're not going to go away in a day, a week, or even a month. They are going to have a long road of building trust ahead of them. If they aren't up for that, then their best bet is just to leave the forum IMO. FYI, I seen they responded in the scam accusations against them but didn't really show any proof. They gave the users with the accusations some vague bs and are basically saying you broke terms and we are to just believe them. If they were a reputable site, that might be ok to a degree, but they aren't. I sent a message requesting proof of the terms these users broke but have yet to receive a reply. I don't think anyone in this community is going to blindly trust their word, so they better come with proof. They don't have to share it publicly, but someone needs to verify it. Just my 2 cents.

Can you provide evidence of that?
I checked their post history and noticed they responded to the thread about the scam accusations. It seems they tried to solve those scam accusations by returning the initial deposits to the player, but they confiscated the winnings, saying that the users violated their terms and conditions. Since they do not share personal information on public forum, I think the victims should go for mediators if they think they are not guilty. But I can see a more positive approach from Rakebit this time. However, they were ignoring the customers before, which has to be changed. So, I think they still have a long way to go. If you can prove that you guys changed and assure to solve all cases, I think the community will review the feedbacks. Things like this should be done with evidence it helps a lot, if they have return the deposits to the players and decide to confiscate their winnings because the players violated their terms and conditions, then they should proof it, if they can proof it with good evidence that the players violated their terms and condition then it’s fine, but if they can’t prove it beyond reasonable doubt then they are lying and they don’t have a chance of coming back to the forum, it is very simple, you can’t just come here and tell us something without providing evidence and then expect us to believe you. Rakebit Should provide evidence or proof of what they have said, if they do that I believe those negative feedback will be reviewed. This will make it very easy for the community and them too.

There are things you still need to do to regain at least some percentage of trust in the forum and not a verbal statement but actions from you end. The first thing to do is for you to create a separate thread for those who have cases with you to apply with their case files and you solve the cases from that thread and they have to reply to confirm that their cases have been resolved. That is the first step to do and the second one is, if you can run a long term signature Campaign, then it will be much better because people will be trusting you gradually base on your activeness and dealings in the forum. People can't just believe you in short stay in the forum. You can add other promotions and make sure your withdrawal is very good from the casino. That is my advice for you.
