I hope that they'll spread the next statues that they're going to make so that people will have an idea of that figure. They'll be taught to remember about satoshi and when it comes to their minds, it'll remind them of bitcoin. It's nice to see that these big companies are the ones making its initiation for spreading the symbolism such as statues and as well as the bitcoin logo that they've used for advertising as they've listed in NYSE. More to come for satoshi figures/statues and as well as Bitcoin logo's that they can attach to it or some globe type of display.

The "statue" was installed in NYSE because Twenty One Capital(a crypto company listed on the NYSE) commissioned this, not because "the Wall Street guys" want to control Bitcoin. Some people are consuming way too much content about conspiracy theories.
I wouldn't call this a statue because statues are supposed to be way bigger. This is a great piece of art. I think that this piece of art shouldn't represent Satoshi Nakamoto alone. It should represent all the people, who contributed to the growth and adoption of Bitcoin. All the early adopters and miners. All the developers, users and investors. Every Bitcoiner should be represented by this sculpture(I don't know if this can be classified as a sculpture ).

A statue has been given a place at the New York Stock Exchange ahead of Jack Maller's Twenty One Capital who holds $3.9 billion in bitcoin.
This iteration of Bitcoin's creator Satoshi Nakamoto is rather compelling being a work of art that can be viewed at any angle to see something different from every observer.

This is a piece of art and very cool too, but wth is stealing these statues like he last news about Switzerland, which material is expensive in here used for this statue that thieves find it profitable to steal or the beggars, homeless, or drug addicts used to do such things there, as in many countries it is common.

Anyway, I think I also read somewhere that it was an action of some naughty young kids.

The current one is safe, and it is really cool.

That is right! They plan erecting more statutes to commemorate the founder amist from what happened to the one that was stolen and dumped that Satoshi monument into Lake Lugano following Swiss National Day celebrations last August.

Its sick that they matched the same one that they put up in Switzerland. Its such a cool design and its certainly fitting for the one and only Satoshi. I wish that they cojld have made it a bit more unique though. I love that when you turn a certain angle the statue completely vanishes and its so poetic with Bitcoin and the anonymous vibes in his hooded figure using the laptop. So iconic. I would love to see some collectible renditions emerge of this in silver and gold.

Good point, i dont think satoshi would have wanted or liked statues like this.
Regardless its also true the people whose lives were changed by BTC/crypto in a good way would want to do something like this to pay tribute to the man, whoever he was.

Each statue for the different locations around the globe are unique in their designs and different in their own way.
I like the thought put into this since it does not focus on Satoshi being seen in only one way but in different points of view.

Of course it will be, but I don't really think there is a place they are selling this at least not for now. Unless someone might start making them for sales after seeing  your post and the image. I believe they moulded this one for their own use. But if you need the mini of this, you can contact any sculptor you know and  show him the image and request he makes similar one for you.

This is a great point you've raised here. First, I appreciate the fact that the statue acknowledged the obvious, that Satoshi Nakamoto is anonymous; there is no identity on the statue. But still, the brain behind this statue has contradicted what Satoshi stood for and what Bitcoin is all about. Bitcoin doesn't need to worship or honour any central image whether living or non-living. Instead of trying to infuse centralization into Bitcoin, there are other better ways of showing loyalty by promoting decentralization more

As far I can tell, these statues are one of a kind and the artist won't be making them to sell.

Sure somebody can create a replicate of them on their 3d printer but it wouldn't be an authentic one.

These are made of precious metals so there is also this reason of why it would be much more difficult to reproduce these work of arts aswell.

From a quick view, I can say that from one angle, it's transparent but from the other angle, it's not, you can't see anything through it. To my mind, this design tells how Bitcoin is anonymous but at the same time, blockchain is a public database where every transaction is stored, so it's anonymous and identifiable at the same time, i.e. pseudo-anonymous. I think, it would be good, if it had some patterns, like that green pattern in Matrix movies.

I didn't know if there was a Satoshi's statue in Miami. I only knew the one in Hungary. I didn't check this thread in details, I just discovered that this statue was made by Satoshigallery and they plan to place this statue in 21 different places (or countries). At the moment, this statue is available in Switzerland, El Salvador, Japan and Vietnam.

By the way, I meant Matrix Glitch effect. Maybe a base green is not the best color but a very dark green can be okay to my mind. It's still very good though but I wish that it wasn't simply a copy/paste in different countries. Something unique to each of this statue in each country would be cooler.

They can not control Bitcoin, no governments, no companies from Wall Street, no individuals can control Bitcoin which is a decentralized project and network.

The statue is a good marketing way to make noise and help Bitcoin be known by more people, perhaps it is the purpose of Twenty One Capital company. I believe that they were aware that they can not control Bitcoin from development, network to market. This fact is simply big and clear enough for many people and companies knowing about that.

Think of another reason, if Bitcoin can be controlled, why did Twenty One Capital see potential of Bitcoin and invested their money into this one?
Logically, they decided to invest money in Bitcoin, built up their products around Bitcoin as they knew Bitcoin is decentralized and can not be controlled.
