Hey man, just checking if you heard anything back. Couple updates on my end, I heard back from casinoguru the other day (I opened a complaint there before talking with holydarkness here, took a while to hear back because of holidays), and they closed the complaint because of no response from the casino. Same as AskGamblers before. Lastly, I got a random non-deposit bonus on BC yesterday, and confirmed all their limits are still non-working, for what matters.

Just a heads-up based on available information. Complaints to Anjouan Gaming often result in no substantive response or any meaningful action, even when filed through the official seal page. It’s still fine to document the attempt, but expectations should be kept very low given how these cases typically play out.

Me and my contact that I assign your case to, we haven't got a chance to revisit your situation following the flood of fiat situation and my own contact on fiat having to take a leave. The contact [whose I assign to handle your case] happened to be the very one who jump in to fill-in, and we're got kinda overwhelmed as it means they now have to handle it cross-department [fiat is not their department] while we're trying to handle cases from their own department from time to time. I have serious issues with your response. First, a loss limit tool that does not function in real time is not a loss limit at all. It fails at its core purpose. Second, BC.Game represents its responsible gaming tools as immediate. Your explanation directly contradicts how these tools are marketed to players. Third, Shuffle Casino uses an almost identical loss limit interface to BC.Game, yet no delay exists there. BC.Game appears to be the only casino using this interface where limits are delayed, which points to a platform failure rather than a design feature. Fourth, BC.Game support has already acknowledged the issue and stated that an optimization request was sent to the development team. That admission alone confirms the system was not functioning as intended.  Fifth, there is clear precedent. BC.Game has previously resolved a similar complaint in favor of the player, which undercuts the position you are now advancing. Hello! Without considering that what you said makes no sense at all, as limits should be instant, did you understand that this happened over days, not minutes, right? That losse happened 2 days and then around 10 days after I set the limits? And as showed in the above message, you were fully aware of them not working, you just didn't want to fix it. More details (pasting from what I sent holydarkness a while ago): $10 loss limit set on December 1st, $5k played with limit active on December 3rd, $20 wager limit activated after (without removing the $10 loss limit one), $3k played on December 7th with both limit active. The first deposits I wasn't even aware I had the loss limit active. I must have set it mindlessly after losing a few hundred dollars the first time I played (between nov 30 and dec 1), but when I lost the second time (dec 3), I went to set the limit and found it already there, active, and immediately contacted the live chat.
