Environmental factors at times plays a vital role in the life of someone, most times where we live determines how we behave but only to an extent. Some that lived and grow  up in a rural areas where there culture looks irritating to others finds it a bit difficult to cope in other civilised areas if not for the unique quality of humans that enables them to adapt to any situation they find themselves at times. Environmental factors at times stands as a hindrance to repid transformation as it at time eats deep into the life of someone and never give him or her the ability to change so easily.

The background of any life does not determine what situations it has seen in its past life and how it has started its life. Whatever the circumstances if you have courage you can change your future. Making the right decision in life is very important.If you make the right decision the direction of your life can change.If you solve the small problems of your life then you will achieve success.Some people do not progress in life despite having all the resources but some people succeed in life with less resources by fighting against the circumstances.This teaches us that we can change our future by working hard.

By doing their best to change the direction of their lives, those important decision in life that may bring to you to decent outcomes those are very important to take, though not everyone have same perceptions and not everyone have that same fate, but it can't be concluded as there are ways that you can try to do better and make changes in your life, some may prosper some may not even they have the right sets of resources that they can use.

Some of those who didn’t succeed may have been affected by their environment, so I think people in a less favorable environment will find it more difficult to rise and get out of that zone. Although I also agree with what you said, let's think about improving ourselves and our generation starting from small things like this, and once we are in that zone, we have to work and try harder.

Environmental influence can sometimes play a significant role. If you're in a negative environment, even if you stay positive you'll be swept away by the current. It's better to keep your distance. Otherwise it's better to distance yourself or move away from that negative environment. So as you said, leaving that zone will allow you to rise above it because your environment will have minimal influence on your life.

In my area livelihoods are very limited. Even if there are any they won't lead to financial freedom. So, moving to a city or another area to seek a better life is a wise choice. We must start small to achieve success, but you also have to work hard.

I live in a country where the rich don't consider it their duty to help the poor. On the contrary, they use their position to exploit them. They hire workers for wages based on the city median, even though the founders of these companies and companies themselves receive enormous profits for each worker's labor.

Even politics do change based on where you grow up. Because if you live in a rural place, let's say in some farm, no matter how big the farm is and how many people it has in it, you are just a closed group, and yes you may go to town at times, but you are not together with them. This grows the "individualist" mindset in politics, and dislikes the idea of helping others and welcoming.

When you grow up in urban areas and live with millions of people together, crowded at street, crowded at metro or tram, or bus, crowded at work, crowded at cafes and restaurants, well you get to learn to care for other people because you see all of this as a whole and then you are more welcoming and expect politics to help all. This is why rural areas vote more right, and urban areas vote more left.

If you have been always the helper, you'll have that time to realize that you're also getting tired. And when you're the one in need of help, there is no one that shall help you.

Of course there's nothing wrong if you chose to help people, me personally do help those who are in need. But the problem is most people take my generosity for granted, and I think it's a normal thing because when you're doing it more often most people would think you're a fool not knowing that you're just being generous and kind to people. And surely something you also need to decline them when they come to seek for help from you so that they will also know about self dependent because they can't keep relying on someone every time, what if the person is not there to help them? That is why sometimes I used to decline them so that they can struggle by themselves.

We have no choice in where we are born. Some are a little unfortunate to have been born in struggling countries while some lucky to have been in good countries but there are ways to get out of that place and choose somewhere else to stay. So when you are deciding where to move, what do you consider?

The job opportunities. There is a city in my country where it’s full of factories. Because of that almost every citizen in the city has a guaranteed job. Some people from other cities even go to that specific city just to work. So when you decide where to live, consider if it’s a center of commerce or production so you can find jobs.

In some areas people are not get access to education or technological experience that will lead them to get better life, and social and cultural practices is one of the key factor that contributed to that. In addition a person can have a better life even without travel to other country if the person is well equipped with knowledge, skills and support. A nation can make better life for it's citizens if they are willing to do so by creating job opportunities, better health and security.

Regardless of where you are born, if you follow the strategy of learning everything you can while working for other companies and then investing in yourself by studying, building knowledge, and valuing your own skills, you can open your own business and succeed anywhere in the world. Mindset is what makes the difference. People who become entrepreneurs, create companies, and build businesses are the ones who prosper the most, regardless of the region where they are located.

That's good idea but for some individual to start its own business compared to his/her location where everything is very expensive is not easy. And for the individuals who has all required skills and qualifications can not  be hired in some private company that their policy is to have two five years experience. So in my opinion government should create more factories, companies and all other job opportunities to the citizens and to also create schemes to support the people with small scale businesses.

Unlike before when there were no increase in technology example the internet, people were mostly relying on factory works and centralized office jobs. But today people can now work remotely from their homes they don't have to converge in big cities before getting jobs. All you just need do is equip yourself with the relevant degrees and skills and you can be in your house and get a job. But for the uneducated who rely mostly on manually jobs you definitely have to move to areas with the jobs to see opportunities.

I have experienced this, even recently. When it happened I was really annoyed at the person I always helped, not that I expected any reciprocity but it was unethical for me to get behavior that I myself found annoying, that's where I started to reconsider helping people to provide assistance so easily, the meaning is that I will first see what kind of person I will help. And with the saying you said it's true, so sometimes it's better to give them tools or opportunities to be able to produce instead of just giving them the results.

I know that we are living in a modern world where technology dominates everything. Remote work is also becoming increasingly popular. However, is finding a remote job easier than a manual labor job in today world?

From my observation, it is not as easy to access and obtain a remote job as many people imagine. Although the number and variety of online jobs are increasing, but in reality, they are still limited to certain field and require specific skills and experience. It is no simpler or easier than manual labor.
