If that became widespread, having more than one account would also become widespread. If people are used to getting paid for 25 posts—keeping in mind that most write more than that, say about 30—and campaigns pay for 15, all you have to do is create a new account, wait at least half a year to start monetizing it, and get paid for two campaigns of 15.
