I have experienced something like this where I made a deposit of a certain amount, but when the balance came in, it was more than what I deposited. I played until I made a profit and then tried to withdraw it, but there was a problem with the withdrawal, which was always rejected, so I asked the available customer service about it. They responded that my account had received a bonus, so to withdraw all the funds in my casino wallet, I had to make another deposit in the amount specified by the casino.

At first, I followed their instructions and deposited up to $200 in two separate deposits. However, for the third deposit, they required me to deposit another $500. At this point, I became hesitant and asked another friend who had experienced something similar. He told me it was just a trap, so even if I followed the casino's instructions, it wouldn't allow me to withdraw the profits.
At this point, I simply gave up because there was nothing else I could do, and even with the available customer service, they didn't provide a solution. And yes of course I feel cheated.

I am cheated because I am more likely to lose than win. When I was new to gambling, every time I lost, I thought that the casino was a scam for not giving me a chance to win until I gained experience and saw how gambling works.

Personal research, to be precise. One mistake I will never make is to listen to what others have to say without finding out for my own self. I heard there are still people who use review platforms to check reputable casinos, when those review sites are paid to increase the ratings of a particular casino. Yes, all the time, lol. And the reason why I laugh is because it is mostly a feeling and not yet proven for real. But if let say it is for real, my action is I will confront them and say they are cheating by showing my proofs in the form of a screenshot and screen recording.

About the scam accusation board, it only look like there is no action being done on them but there is actually if you will track them carefully. It is just that there are plenty of new complaints coming and that makes the illusion that they are not being solved.

For those player that deposits again even if they have a pending deposit, I think they have lots of funds to spare and they have a limited time. I experience this before though, when I also have more and then the second deposit just went smoothly. If the casino is legit, the first one should appear in our balances later on. So there is no need to worry at all.

Sure I felt it long time ago when I was still newbie in gambling, anytime I lost my money = I felt that the casino is manipulating my bets.
Even on poker game, I felt that many players are admin of the poker site who can see my cards so they beat me and other real players easily.

I mostly played provably fair games and sports betting, when I first started I played on a lot of gambling site and there are some gambling site that's really sketchy. I forgot the name but there's this "provably" fair game platform and it's a dice game, at first it looks normal and I've been playing normally but after some time, I lose to a 1.2x in more than 12+ consecutively and of course, what I did first was to check and verify the bets which they have a tool for that and it says that it's verified and fair. However, later on I found out that their built-in checker is fake and if you are going to use 3rd party or manually verify it, the result is different.

I can't do anything about it since it's been months before I found out when some players complained about it and they closed afterwards. Anyway, right now the gambling sites are different, even though they have a checker, they have instructions on how to check if they are fair or not, and if you don't understand it, you can ask the help of AI for steps.

Also to answer your question, the best way to solve the issue (I think), is give information to the public such as our forum so everyone is aware on what's going on. If you are going to tell them directly, they might block you, accused you of something and probably makes other think that you are the one cheating, so before confronting them, it's good that you share all your evidences and inform everyone before sending them a message.

I do not check any provably fair myself, and to be fair never knew how to check neither, I just trusted other people, because I hoped that if the website did anything shady like you talk about, like a fake fair checker, then someone else would figure it out and that is why I never checked any of mine. But I played in two places at the start, which were primedice and just-dice, and both were quite provably fair and fine, I played at satoshidice when it first came out too but that was on-chain and took so long to happen, which is why I moved to off-chain.

I agree, sports is better because you can see the result in the game and there is nothing shady about the result in that way.

Anyway, to answer the question in the thread title: yes, of course. Especially if you keep losing. Aside from that, if you start seeing a pattern in how you lose your bets, it really makes you think.

For example, when I play blackjack in house games, every time I double down it either ends in a push or a loss. And every time I take insurance, the dealer does not have blackjack. But when I do not take insurance, the dealer suddenly gets blackjack. This is one of the times when I feel like the casino is cheating me.

First of all, if you are making use of a legitimate casino then you have nothing to worry about getting scammed or cheated, any issues concerning pending withdrawals that seems like it is not forth coming is usually settled within a short period of time. If I understand you very well, you mean after a deposit your balance isn't topped up the way it should be? If yes, it's possible because sometimes the casino also experiences network issues, and maybe this is the time the transaction was made. Except if the gambler is in a hurry to play some game, then that's when you will need to deposit another fund and stake your game and then go back and send in your complaint to the right channel. The way to solve it is to reduce your trust, before you don't need to make a mistake again when the first deposit doesn't enter your account, or did you deposit using another altcoin? it could be an error when you paste your deposit addres, that's the first thing to pay attention to.

This would have been easier if you backed it up with an information containing a cheated person with a Link attached to it, atleast the explanation would have spike a reaction. But nevertheless I understand what you mean though. Just that I am just surprised at some people who sees things that are not right and be hiding it. If a Gambler deposited or funded his account and it didn't reflect, the thing is that he would look for solution than beeing silent over a serious issue, I think this aspect is where we should look more on.

I question players who make additional deposits when they are having problems, players should not do this because there are other casinos that we should be able to use to play too.

Ask their agent, if you don't get a clear answer, leaving the casino is the best option.
However, players often feel cheated by bonus rules and other factors. The best way to avoid this is to read the rules before claiming a bonus, as well as other rules that will affect withdrawals.

I had a couple of times a bad issues with a casino...the better way is always to try to understand why there was a specific error. it was based on a bias by them? why there was this issue? in any case, they can always to not pay. wasting hours with many requests would not bring any help.

Not that I know of but I can't remember any scenario where I got cheated by any casino am using, and what has made this so is that I don't make use of casinos whose reputation is in question. In other words, I make use of very popular casinos with positive reviews from credible sources. I have actually come across similar post on the scam accusation section where someone led complained about his funds that did not reflects to his account and he went forth making more deposit with the hope that all could be credited at once without knowing that thing do not work that way with casinos, in fact casino or gambling site should be the most careful thing to deal with because any slight change or wrong kyc could actually lead to account restriction, changing password, and login their account into new devices could also push the account to be suspicious where they could starts monitoring their activities and when there is silly or nasty movement they wouldn't mind restricting the user as well.
