This is one of the best contest I love to participate in the forum. It always remind me of that hardwork our women always do in the kitchen to get our delicious meal done. Kudos to those good house wife who always try their best to put good foods on their husband's table. For this year competition, I will be making GBEGIRI, EWEDU and STEW (obe ata) with AMALA which is together called ABULA locally.

My pepper soup and soup was prepared in a local Nigeria way, I bought and cooked everything in my village.
Under is the picture of my village market where I bought all the things I used to prepare all my delicious foods.


My pepper soup and its preparation.
I decided to prepare Goat meat pepper soup one of the best pepper soup in Nigeria and in doing that, I decided to buy a live goat and kill it, I used some for the food contest.

This is the picture of when I roast the goat after killing it to remove the hairs on its body.

This is the goat after roasting it to remove the hairs on its body and I washed it.

This is it after washing it and I cut it and took the little one I will use for the pepper soup and dry the rest.
That's how we preserve meat we are not using immediately we dry it with fire.

Above is the goat meat I used for the pepper soup competition and the ingredients i used in cooking it.

I made a fire I used in cooking the pepper soup with wood. The ingredients I used to cook this pepper soup are fresh pepper, onion, salt, Maggie, Pepper soup seasoning, Nutmeg, Curry powder and Goat meat flavour.
I put the goat in the pot and added fresh pepper, onion and steam it a little and then added water and put all the ingredients.
And that's how I cooked the pepper soup. This is the final result with cold yogurt.





These are the ingredients I used to cook my Ogbono soup and they are cow meat, stock fish, onion, salt, Maggie, red oil, squeezed water leaf.

I first steam the meat for some time and after that I add some water on it and add all the ingredients and that's how I cooked the soup and this is the final result.

I would like to introduce the soup I made including the Assorted pepper soup,  however the soup is called COCOYAM SOUP. cocoyam soup is a Nigerian soup thickener that's majorly use by some part in South South region of Nigeria, it can be eating ordinarily like yam or use as a soup thickener, meanwhile I made sure to carefully stated out the processes on the picture so that it will be very easy for someone to prepare if they are doing it for the first time because is a very delicious meal.

Before I missed this wonderful contest I say make i upload my own food before e dey too late for me to send my food here. How things and how we ending, how una flex the 25th and the new year jollification for una ending. Okay, as e be e don happened already and we dey expect positive things to happen, although as e be so I just dey anticipate this stuff base on fun and nothing much that is coined to it but any how e be person go still smile at the end of the contest.
