My pepper soup and soup was prepared in a local Nigeria way, I bought and cooked everything in my village.
Under is the picture of my village market where I bought all the things I used to prepare all my delicious foods.

My pepper soup and its preparation.
I decided to prepare Goat meat pepper soup one of the best pepper soup in Nigeria and in doing that, I decided to buy a live goat and kill it, I used some for the food contest.

This is it after washing it and I cut it and took the little one I will use for the pepper soup and dry the rest.
That's how we preserve meat we are not using immediately we dry it with fire.

I made a fire I used in cooking the pepper soup with wood. The ingredients I used to cook this pepper soup are fresh pepper, onion, salt, Maggie, Pepper soup seasoning, Nutmeg, Curry powder and Goat meat flavour.
I put the goat in the pot and added fresh pepper, onion and steam it a little and then added water and put all the ingredients.
And that's how I cooked the pepper soup. This is the final result with cold yogurt.


These are the ingredients I used to cook my Ogbono soup and they are cow meat, stock fish, onion, salt, Maggie, red oil, squeezed water leaf.










I first steam the meat for some time and after that I add some water on it and add all the ingredients and that's how I cooked the soup and this is the final result.
