Good days, guys.
I made banga soup and fresh fish pepper soup
These are photos of the final result of my food.

For the banga soup, I used:
Fresh fish
Chicken
banger (palm fruits)
little oziza leaf
banger spices
General spices (onions, pepper, salt, maggi)
First, I boiled the banga
Here my my fresh banga ready to be mashed and extract the oil

And this is the mashed banger (palm fruits), ready to extract the oil.

While working on the banga, I steamed my fish and chicken a bit (forgot to take pictures of those before steaming)
But here is the steamed fish and chicken

When that was done, I started cooking. I was too busy and preoccupied to take pictures of the cooking process, but to be honest, it slipped my mind, so here is the final product with the swallow. I used garri (eba) as the swallow.

Now for the
pepper soup, which was relatively less stressful than the soup.
I used:
fresh fish
scent leaf
Some pepper soup spices
Onions, fresh pepper (a lot of it), salt, maggi.
Here is the washed Fresh catfish

Personally, I like to watch with hot water, before steaming (not everybody does that).
After watching with hot water, I steamed it on low heat for a short time.
Here is the steamed fish.

After that, I went straight to cooking the pepper. I added some water and allowed it to boil before adding the other ingredients like the onions, more pepper, pepper soup spices and after a while, more salt, allowed to boil for a while, and it was ready.
Here is the final result and the pepper soup served with some white rice.
