[ANN] MakerWatch.space - A New Physical Bitcoin Tracker & API

[Frank AlpenCoin]

I discovered this site today. Excellent work, congrats!!!!
I’ll send you the addresses of the missing Alpen Coin's series as soon as I have some time.
An excellent contribution to physical bitcoins.

hmm, okay
but could it be that the entire process/scan is not yet working 100%?
because, as you can see here, all 21 cards from this series were loaded on january 11, but MakerWatch shows that the last scan was 9 days ago and therefore the amounts are not yet displayed: https://makerwatch.space/#series-158

These are now appearing with the correct balance.  Since they were added to Makerwatch prior to their initial funding, they would have had to wait for the next full scan (which can take a couple weeks) to see that they have a balance.  I went ahead and triggered a instant rescan for the series.

Thanks Frank, looking forward to seeing your additional submissions!

over the last few days, i've added several editions of 1HoDLCLUB, Crypto Imperator, Moonbits (5k), and BTCC (2018 One Bitcoin, V Series (3-star)) to Makerwatch
i hope this great website continues to grow and the archive keeps expanding

Yes, lets hope more and more editions are added and it becomes a 'complete' list.

Its clear now that its an extremely useful tool/resource so I think this should also
be Pinned to top of the board!

Just checked in on the dashboard and 17 hours ago a 0.1 BTCC coin was redeemed
so those alerts are working nicely, and will be a brilliant indicator for future Coldkey scenarios.

Another great suggestion!  This is now available on any series/collection page for each address. You can copy either a direct link or a forum embed link.

i used the new feature for the first time in this auction
what immediately struck me was that the fiat value is not displayed correctly or at all... but that's a minor bug that can probably be fixed quickly and easily

Been a while since I last checked the forum.

Just checked the website and see it's still running well and many makers are represented, very nice.

Just giving this a quick bump, I feel this website should be bookmarked by every coin collector here on the forum.

Agreed and thank you for the reminder! I just added it to the CryptoCollectibles Reddit group as well, such a great resource.

Thanks for the bump!  I have since added my own full node to make the address scan jobs much more resilient, and seems to be working pretty well.  Next up, I need to work on a few performance enhancements to make the site load more quickly.  (probably will need to also upgrade the $5/mo VPS it's running on).

Also, thank you to Rymaster for the xpost on Reddit.

Indeed, and should be stickied to the top of the collectibles board too.
