I believe if you as a gambler understand what gamble is you will not how to gamble responsibly. From the gambling definition you posted, there's no place its defines as a guarantee something because winning is by chance and you must be lucky before you get that chance, even though it's a casino game or sport games.

Well I can't possibly provide the right answer to your question, but I must say that the reason why most people don't treat gambling as entertainment is due to the reward that is attached to it. It really is a platform for entertainment, and many people have done it and are doing this, but some people choose not to treat it as a form of entertainment; they bet with many that they cannot afford to lose, people will not feel the risk if only their goal is to be entertainment and the money they are using are allocatred and only hope for profit if there is an opportunity to do so.

We should, why not? This is totally depend on perspective owned by anyone. There is someone who get addicted by gambling, then his life is getting destroyed. However, there's also someone who is gambling responsibly with small or big money, and being so careless when he lose.
You're generalizing like if anyone gambled with their mney, all of them will be depressed. In fact, that's not how it's working. It likes myself who is just being so careless when i lose. Betting on my favorite team, then i lose and i don't care caused by i do it for entertaiment purpose.
