I'm not sure either. I've asked BC to assign me a new fiat contact so things can be handled and addressed more smoothly and lag due to inter-departmental communication can be minimized, but I guess me and my contact will have to make-do for the time being.

You're on batch #3, I was tying the three final loose ends of batch #2 and at the very verge of resolving them, when the replacement of BC [let's assume them as the head of the batallion of contacts assigned to me] who replaced my long-standing and loyal contact [who have to leave for personal emergency] made a call that BC will handle things internally and my help is no longer needed.

 Hi, I recently made a withdrawal of Rs. 5,000 on BC game, which is showing as successful on their r End, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. After that, two more tickets were raised; both are marked as successful from their r end, but I have still not received the funds. I have already shared all required evidence, including my bank statement, however the issue remains unresolved. I request Holy Darkness to please intervene and help get this matter resolved at the earliest.

I honestly don't know and can't even remember when last i used a fiat deposit and withdrawal on an international casino where I going opt for crypto deposit and withdrawals, and this is because some casinos will say that fiat withdrawals will be processed in the next five working days and sometimes, it could stay for much longer...

Anyways, this is not to justify that bc.game reporting your fiat withdrawal request as successful when its not just justified, but you owe yourself that precautionary majors when withdrewing from any casino, use the best method available and one that you stand a good chance of getting your funds in the shortest time possible, bc.game to best of my knowledge have issues with processing fiat withdrawals though I don't know all the details and how severe or serious this issue is, this is why you should have choosed crypto withdraw but I still hope your get your money on one peace if you haven't already, Good luck.

Umm... just to be clear and you can begin to take steps, in case there is a small misunderstanding and make sure we're on the same page, you can't wait from me anymore. You need to directly address this to BC, in ways you can imagine to reach them.

No, I am not going to escalate your issue in batch #3. Not because I don't want to, I can't. Please read my post on #27 on this thread. In a shift of "power" and "leadership" as well as due to few of my contacts are on leave, things happen and the new spearhead of the casino decided where BC no longer accept me as their bridge.

Unless if they decide to have someone to overwatch on issues that pop up here and other forums/platforms, It's going to be quite a mess. They have been having the highest number of complaints in the recent times and support seems not to help that much let along the reps in the forum.

People end up posting here because they are frustrated by the waiting time after filing complaints to the on site support.

Well, I've tried to give my best to intervene this spearhead-replacement's decision by reaching to some older contacts, ones that perhaps have even leave BC, to get someone more sane to became the replacement-spearhead, no one can do much. So, I think best we can hope is for my old contact, the original spearhead, to be free from their emergency personal leave and retake the control.

Our last communication, they assure me that they will handle things by themselves. I think it was all poured in one announcement post on their ANN.

 for the resolution, and now you are denying to help further is really ridiculous, the issue remains unresolved

I have seen other posts where you are showing intrest to help people with the same issue
and in my case you have wasted my 45 days , and if it was not in your control or you
are not competent to resolve bc game issues . Why did you not inform me earlier , are you getting paid
From bc game for this or you too scamming here . My next post would be against you , I am very disappointed
