There is no specific amount of win or loses that will determine when to call it a quit for the Day, it is just a common sense for the gambler to know when to quit or not. If we want to count winning amount or losing amount before we quit, we might be misguided or misleaded to do the wrong thing and regret later or thereafter. Like me if I win like 3 to 4 straight times without losing I will not continue to test my wining level for that day, because I might be tempted to continue till I lose before stoping, but when the lose comes Iay not be able to stop but continue chasing loses and thereby losing all again.

There is no point in counting loses before you tend to quit when gambling, set your yourself properly both mentally and financially, and the reason I made mention of mentally, because I know it is difficult for some gamblers to quit even after setting a gambling bankroll, as they may like to ignore it after some loses to regain what they have lost so far. So the only way is to prepare yourself both mentally and financially.

Actually, I'm not a high-risk taker who would risk more money gambling.
I'm also thankfully not a compulsive gambler with an addiction.
And thankfully, my wife also monitors my gambling activities every day.

So, basically, if I lose twice, I'll just stop. If I continue and lose three times, I'll have problems all day at home.

Like I said before, for someone like me who doesn’t bet too much, when it comes to sport betting I don’t usually go betting on multiple games to the extents that I’ll have up to 20 running tickets (I have seen people with close to 40 running tickets before); my bets are just are usually few like 3-5 so when I’m done with it whether I win then or lost the bets doesn’t really matter, I’m no longer betting again, that’s it for me for the day.

Putting a strict limit on what we can bet will also allow us to stay in the impartial state of our minds with a system that is geared towards draining the resources of players. Depends on the time spent already, surely the result is different if you have just started.   Ideally you lose when not betting alot, if you have suffered a loss on your key bet of the evening then its probably just time to go home right there out of necessity.

I personally will depend on my allocation at that day. If I have spent all the money that I spend at that day, I will immediately exit from the casino site. I don't care about the chance in the next attempts. There is no guarantee that we can be lucky even if we try more attempts. The people who state that they will never stop until the get the wins, they just gamble in a careless way. They ignore the limitation of using safe money and they don't care with the impacts if they push all the money for the gambling games at that day.

Regarding the wins, I will stop if I have won 2-3 times. I think it is enough, there is no need to be greedy in gambling since it just leads to the severe losses. Yep, we have the limitation about the time and funds. This must be the indicator about how responsible we are in gambling.

If this is your motivation to stay in a casino, it's like playing to make money. I prefer to play based on my contentment. If I feel satisfied and contented, and my time is up, then I will call it a day, even if I still have funds in my account.

That is exactly how it should be..  You do not need plenty plenty losses before you call it a day.. Sometimes one loss is already enough of a signal to step back.. The true danger is when people start chasing losses, that is usually where things go ugly..  One loss turns into two, two into five, and before you know it, you have lost way more than you planned..

Knowing when to stop is a form of discipline on its own..  After a loss, it is better to pause, clear your head, and focus on something else instead of forcing another round.. Waiting until you have lost a lot before quitting just shows lack of control tbh.. Calling it a day early is not weakness, it is actually the smarter move..

In my opinion, there is no limit for an addict to control their finances in gambling, because it is difficult for them to control it if they feel confident that they can get benefits from playing, the only way for them is to pressure themselves to stop playing because that is the only way for them to be aware, regret will definitely come at the end of the game because gambling hypnosis will always take its toll in losing in every game and even in every day of playing without a win. for me it’s not really about how many losses but about setting limits before I even start. If I hit my set loss limit I already know it’s time to call it a day no second thoughts. Chasing losses is where many gamblers go wrong even if there might be a next big chance, gambling w/ emotions usually leads to more losses not wins same w/ winning once I reach a target profit I stop & withdraw. I’ve learned that staying longer after a good win often gives it all back to the house.

For me particularly, before I go out to gamble, I already have a set amount I can only afford to gamble with or I can only afford to loose, and nothing more than that. Once that money is lost, off I go, and I call it a day. Sometimes, I can really get to a gambling or betting shops unplanned, and I have some money with me. In this a case, I check the money with me, and I decide the quota to be spent there, and if I win, I separate the money and keep some for myself, and then continue with the gambling. But if I lost, I just go home without touching the money I set aside not for gambling. So it is best you set a boundary for yourself before embarking on any gambling trip

Gambling is not a get rich quick scheme, so you don't have to wait till you empty your pocket before you would call it a day. However, discipline is the key in gambling because it is always necessary for us to set a limit and know when to stop since you are not sure about the final outcome of the game. Honestly, I don't wait to recover my losses before I would call it a day because that has always been where most gamblers normally get carried away forgetting that luck plays a significant role in determining the final outcome, gambling is not an easy way to make money, in very point in time we should try as much as possible to gamble with the amount we can afford to lose so that Incase if you lose your bet you would be able to work away.

What should I gamble with if I've already lost it? Where can I get the money to top up my deposit? I don't understand that. Should I go to the bank and get a loan? Hah, personally, I'm not doing so well in that department either. My credit history is bad. I'll be turned down anyway. Should I borrow money from friends? Hmm, they know I used to be a problem gambler. So there's no other option if I've reached my gambling limit.

personally if i lose 5 times in a row i usually take it as a sign to stop and come back when my mind is clearer and not emotional anymore
