It's like when you are running a business, and you get so big that you can't really please everyone. It's impossible to do, given the people's tendencies and various characteristics. It's just inevitable. Especially if the people lost money and blame the casino for it, even though it's the players' fault, it's not the casino that joined or bet on the game; it's the player. It's also possible that competitors are out to get other casinos; you can never know. It's not a guaranteed complain automaticall,y but there should be an investigation into it.

For me, an independent audit report would be fair, transparent, and compliant with any applicable regulations. It's for the members as well.

Upon reading the OP post, this was the first thing that came to mind.
This is very common in business, especially in competitive industries like gambling, where it's easy to make false accusations to ruin a competitor's reputation.

Another factor could be that most of those who complain didn't read the TOS completely, which makes them appear here on the forum acting like victims.

Accusations of scam (that most of the times are just noise or complaints) are very common nowadays and doesn't requires any effort.
This is why a gambler must pay attention to understand what is a real issue/compaint and avoid any undesidered risk.

About specific website mentioned, you had to make your verification about accusations. If there are not flags or specific (trusted) rating about an issue I would not pay too much attention. They have thousands and thousands of players, few complaints have no value.

There is such a thing as false accusations coming from sore losers, so even if the casino has a good reputation, it will not escape from nasty accusations from sore losers and cheaters.
As a gambler looking for the right casino, we have to exercise discernment and due diligence. If the casino is reputable, it can defend the accusations and prove the accuser wrong.
Don't just believe those accusations; check whether they are right or wrong.

That's because there's no real thing that doesn't get accused of one thing or another, whether the thing is legit or a scam, some people would still falsely accused it meanwhile they had made a mistake that caused them a problem and instead of asking questions about the company, they start making false accusations against the company. Some accusations were also intentionally done to blackmail a casino or to make it gain more attention, because if the issue of the accusation is continually discussed, then it's attracting attention to the casino. If it was an intentional (planned) scam accusation, the casino would pretend to have resolved the issue, therefore diverting a positive attention to themselve.

I was reading some accusation threads in the Scam Accusation Board and I see that almost all the casinos in the forum have been accused and I was thinking if any casino in the forum is free from the accusations.

In a forum or place where companies advertise, situations like this are quite common. Some accusations are legitimate, while others are false and made for competitive purposes. Therefore, it should not be surprising if you see that most casinos on this forum have faced accusations, and even the largest and longest-running casinos here have also received such allegations.

You are absolutely right that's the real truth about it because there are a lot of work going on here and there are people that are ready to go extra mile just to dominate. So it's not a new thing anymore because business owners are always against each other and where there's competition such thing would continue to happen, so is quite common in every other places and there's nothing we can do about it since we can not afford to stop them, the most important thing is to choose a reputable casino nothing else.

Competitors in the business will prefer to look for legit way to grow their sites and increase customers traffic instead than to be talking bad of their competitors. Also the competitors are too many in a way that other gambling sites will not have the time to want to something stupid like that. No matter how good the casinos is there's always a complains coming, since not everyone have the same level of temper and those people keep complaining even if they already receive a word that their issue has been investigated by their team.

That's why we have seen several complains on the threads of reputable casinos also there are several cases that someone trolls them to destroy their reputation so expect that someone would post a complain against them. What need to look up to is on how the casinos solves those real issues and answer those people trolls them since we could figure out how good there support is and usually this is how they gain good reputation to their community.

Most scam accusations we saw on this forum are not like this, most of the time the person that is accusing the gambling site of scam would have messaged the gambling site customer care, but it can not be resolved is when they are accusing the gambling site on this forum. The probability that a slight delay in withdrawal will cause alleged scam is very low.

Most casinos get charged because it is natural that some players may violate the rules or various other types of violations, not all casinos are doing the right thing sometimes there are some casinos that confiscate player winnings without clear rules.

Most cases of accusations are made by newbies, in this case there are valid and invalid accusations.

Unfortunately the casino you are mentioning does not actually have scam accusation.

See this posted yesterday on scam accusation section BET25.COM SCAMMED ME 1874$ so seeing that we can say that almost all of casinos here have scam accusation posted against them here in forum.

I think that casino, that hasnt been accused of scam does not exist. There are users who dont bother make an accusation or lazy to do that. However, not every accusation is real or should be taken seriously, because people love to cover their fails with accusation of others. The fact that there is a casino that hasnt been accused means you havent searched well Sometimes accusations are in casino topic, or even in other casino topics; when people share their experience.

As far as you are running a business, you will surely have conflict or misunderstanding with your customers or clients at one point or another, so being accused is normal and it doesn't mean that the casino is fraudulent or have anything to hide. Just take those accusations as part of running a business as big as casino were you are serving a large number of people from different regions, people of different characters and origins. Being accused is not a final verdict of a case. What should be most important in my opinion is looking at how the casinos responded to those accusations that were laid against them. How proactive were they in responding and clearing out those allegations. Sometimes customers are always fast in laying accusations.

What I see more is that some gambling sites customers are violating the rules of the terms of service. Maybe some do not read the rules or some know the rules but they just want to violate the rules for their own personal benefits. Some accusations is about having multiple accounts while some is about not able to get verified after the gambling sites tell them to get verified and they are unable to withdraw the money they won on the gambling site and so on. I see that many customers are selfish.

Human nature is rebellious, so if the casino was not at fault and the gamblers are the ones not making complain, they will still report and file for accusation of what they are guilty of, that is gamblers for you, so we may say that not all the reports on accusation are genuine, but you will hardly discover that none has been accused yet, and if there is any, maybe the gambler to accuse them is still warming up.

Some gamblers can put of frustration of serial losses decide to raise unfounded accusation against a casino, so does that make the casino a bad one or none legendary. No.  

However, for those casinos that haven't being accused of any allegations they just have to be ready for that day it might happen but that doesn't mean they are automatically guilty of the accusation.

Every casino must always get accusations, whether the accusations are valid or just a way for the gambler to vent his frustration by making up accusations. But precisely casinos with accusations are not always bad, because with accusations, they can evaluate and improve their casinos for the better. It all depends on how it is resolved, some are slow, some are fast and some are never resolved.

Most of those accusations are very simple:

1. User does something wrong.
2. Casino bans user / confiscates earnings.
3. User cries because he could not cheat the casino, threatens to create scam accusation topics everywhere.

You need to read the full topic to see if it's a valid accusation or just the usual bs.

I'll add to it. Most of them go this way. User creates multiple accounts to take advantage of either bonuses or gain an advantage in casino/poker. Accounts get detected and banned and the user cries that he did nothing wrong. Its either that or collusion with another user.
