I would like to ask a personal question about when an entrepreneur should look for employees. What is the right way to retain them and keep them interested in your company? I appreciate creative and abstract ideas.

okay you have an institution that only you cannot do the job effectively therefore you will need employees to work with. things to look at in considering who to employ
1, what can they offer and how effectively can they offer it.
2. expertise or working experience
3, modesty or appearance
and to keep them working with you without having any issues you have to pay them accordingly.

A simple way to retain employees is to give them high salaries and bonuses. This idea does not go beyond the thinking of an employee, not an employer. Even if you give your employees the best salary, it is difficult to satisfy them. This is because people do not always appreciate where they are and are always looking for something better. In my opinion, the best way to keep employees in the same place for many years in a work environment is to give your environment a culture and identity.

If you have an employee who feels aimless in a soulless environment, you can offer them a very high salary, but they will leave you halfway through. Yes I agree with you on that, the same way there are some precautions taken to keep a business going so also it is in retaining employees based on the fact as they are the propelling force responsible for high turnover in business or making profit in an business we get involved in. Some of the best approach towards  improving or maintaining boss to employees relationship are as stated above and also through taking your employees as yourself, as we all know every human has a limit which he or she can not go above  so if all this are obeyed I don't thing there is doing

As an employee myself on same company for more than 10years. The main reason why I stay is the friendly environment. No competition just to reach higher rank since we have a healthy relationship and we knew who deserves a promotion.

Lastly, the benefits and the salary is the main factor why employee retain the job.

There should be balance between that.

There is no master plan or dedicated set of steps you should follow. It tends to develop naturally based on your particular business model - an entrepreneur will quickly discover if they cannot keep up with fulfilling orders and at that time will either choose to regulate the flow or expand with extra employees. If you don't feel comfortable with that decision then you probably need to get yourself an angel investor or business mentor who has specific experience with these challenges that will hopefully be applicable to your sector.

Why do you need creative and abstract ideas?  Why not simple?  Pay them well and dont be a nightmare to work for.  People work for a paycheck, not your "vision."  If you want them to care about your company as much as you do, give them something in return.
Do you think that same business strategy is good for both employees and marketing, offering something to new customers in order to gain their trust?

This depends on the level of the workers, but i am assuming you are talking about higher level workers that are talented and harder to replace.

Basics apply to every employee, but starting from:

1: Paying them at least living wage with healthcare.
2: Remember that they are all people. Empathy skills help, as not everyone individual can function 100% all of the time, and that shouldn't be the goal. Results can be grown without pushing people to their limits.

So, not only treat them well and with dignity, but if you are a CEO, make sure that bosses of your employees treat them well. There's nothing worse in workplace then toxic atmosphere.

3: Offer as many benefits as your budget can afford and don't cut corners everywhere because that shows. People notice the effort, at least those people you want to keep. You want to attract talent and create unity. A family like community that wants to spend time in workplace, working for same goal.

4: For some of the key figures, dividends / company shares will help.

In short, do you think it's better to offer a good salary and good treatment? For a moment, you feel bad about having to fire someone, but I've realized that you have to be more assertive in dealing with others. I'll take your opinion into account. When looking for employees, it should be the man who fits the job, and the job fits the man. To retain your employees, treat them as family. Of course, they should be well compensated, and all the basics should be based on existing laws in your country.
I once worked in a company where the employer treated us all as family, calling us brothers and sisters. There are better-paying jobs at other companies, but our employees treat us is a far better deal.
If the employee has a sense of belonging in your company, he will prefer to stay.

The moment you think that you need employees is when you already have a lot of areas that you can't complete on your own, a lot of focus that you do but also a lot of other work that needs to be done when the business starts to grow that's where you need employees, but if you are still able to handle all the affairs in your business by yourself don't think that you add employees because you can do it means don't waste money on things that you are still doing.
