Retaining employees, one need to be upright in dealings and knowing exactly what's coming for them. It's never an easy task to hold on when it comes to workers, they're whole lot of headache because everyone is not perfect. Employees should be persuaded because they're highly skilled and selection are made base on qualifications. The employer would provide confine space and comfortable atmosphere for employees.

I would like to ask a personal question about when an entrepreneur should look for employees. What is the right way to retain them and keep them interested in your company? I appreciate creative and abstract ideas.
Treat them like they also control the company without fear, pay them the right day of the month consistently without delay, if your company offer lunch and breakfast, that would be an added advantage to retain them back even these extra care are taken from their salary every payout day, thats a fine by them.

Many people in my area are already complaining about low wages and that concern is completely understandable. With the cost of living continuously rising such as food, housing, transportation and other daily necessities making a decent living has become increasingly difficult. Addressing the wage issue should be a top priority. When companies offer fair and competitive pay, people are naturally more interested in joining and staying with the organization.

In addition, employees highly value benefits like free healthcare. Providing healthcare coverage gives workers peace of mind, reduces stress and allows them to focus better on their jobs, knowing their well-being is supported. Of course, every individual has different priorities and expectations when choosing a workplace. However, fair wages and healthcare benefits are among the most important factors for the majority of workers and improving these areas would significantly increase employee satisfaction and attraction to the company.

Many ways can be an advantage of retaining employee, if the employer, pays wages or salary within the specific time frame, gives bonuses,and others allowances, consements, promote workers and award them appropriately, possibly set stress free work style and regular training including proper health care  can make employee never to give up no matter how small the job salary could be once the worker have best comfort they make the work personal never to leave.

Yes, there are many ways to retain employees. But that depends, because if your business is small in scale while they have bigger dreams and ambitions. No matter how good the salary and benefits are, when the vision is no longer aligned, their departure is inevitable.

This is my personal experience. I once left a job that offered a higher salary simply because the quality of the work environment I found wasn't as good as the one that paid me less. So I believe the work environment is crucial for employee satisfaction as employees sometimes aren't looking for a high salary but rather for a comfortable working environment.
There are many cases where employees would prefer a mediocre salary with a higher-quality work environment over a poor quality one with higher pay. Because fundamentally it's all about the quality of the work environment. So when should you fire an employee when they've disrupted the work environment? A quality workplace is better for good employees.

As a leader or business owner you are a leader and leaders must be able to set an example for their employees to create a comfortable working environment. Furthermore a leader must be able to provide solutions when employees encounter obstacles in carrying out their duties.

This is a very important topic, because most entrepreneurs over look this things. I think as an entrepreneur you don't need to employ anyone when you strat business, because you don't need to spend money on wages or salary when you need your business to grow.
The right time to have an employee is when you are very sure that the business is capable of paying an employee and you can also see growth in the business and you know that you need an extra hand to help the business move forward.
To keep your employee is another thing and I think we have to consider Maslow's law of motivation. You have to understand your employee and know what you think should be a motivation to them. You can motivate them through improvement in salary, by letting know that they are part of the business, and by helping them improve in their career etc. This are somethings that keeps employee motivated and also help you get the best out of them.

I would like to ask a personal question about when an entrepreneur should look for employees. What is the right way to retain them and keep them interested in your company? I appreciate creative and abstract ideas.
Treat them like they also control the company without fear, pay them the right day of the month consistently without delay, if your company offer lunch and breakfast, that would be an added advantage to retain them back even these extra care are taken from their salary every payout day, thats a fine by them.
Facilities like these are enough to make employees feel comfortable.
I have also experienced much better attention from the company where I work, the company always pays employee salaries on time, if the payment time coincides with a holiday, then the payment will be made the day before. In addition, we also always get bonuses every quarter and an additional annual bonus (equivalent to 1x salary), this method can increase employee productivity and a sense of responsibility for their duties due to the full attention given by the company. Paying extra attention will form a strong relationship between the boss and the employee, this kind of treatment will also increase employee loyalty to the place where he works.

Paying employees a good salary will be enough to retain them. With low salaries and longer working hours, employees will leave the job as soon as a better offer comes along. They are happy with a good salary, but a good salary alone isn't enough. If the work environment is constantly tense, then problems can arise again. A good and happy work environment is always better.

Good salaries and a good working environment helps to keep workers happy and work for you for a longer period but the best way to have the workers not willing to leave is the relationship you build with the workers and their warfare which I think means so much to them asde the pay, the environment and the working hours. If the employees are well taking care of and aside their salaries little incentives is been given to them to appreciate their work and good medical services are provided for them when they are not fine then you don't really need to be scared of them living because no one will see a good environment and leave when he's not sure of the next place he's going.

I dont have a some kind of business but this is my own perspective as a current employee of a company, It is just way too easy you just need to pay them fairly, pay what should be paid, like over time, depending on what country, you have 13th month, bonuses etc. Also, it would help if they were getting certain benefits from the company or whatever. Appreciation when you are doing a good work or bonuses pay is also a good thing, plus promotion if someone is really doing the hard work. I think everything is already in order in most company they just dont follow it that is why a lot of employees are leaving quickly.

But one thing that you need to realize is that most of the time they are going to leave your company, it is inevitable since they wanted to explore, learn more, or just be creative with something else there were just nothing that you could do about that. But I guess it is just a thing on company when you teach employees and they learn and after that they are going to leave, it is just a matter of do they have a great experience on the company.

Sometimes I hear stories from friends about good employers who have my friends and work full-time now. For example, on December 25th, they weren't working, even though they were busy, and they were grilling kebabs in the backyard of the work building and chatting. I'm not sure if they were drinking, but I get the sense they were having fun and it boosted the team spirit. Well done to their employer. No one was forced to go there; everyone showed up on their own and enjoyed themselves.

I couldn't imagine something like this happening at the company I worked for before, because everyone was unfriendly and angry, which is why I wouldn't want to see their faces again, even outside of work.
