I would like to ask a personal question about when an entrepreneur should look for employees. What is the right way to retain them and keep them interested in your company? I appreciate creative and abstract ideas.
As an entrepreneur, to retain employees, the entrepreneur must be honest and sincere. Pay employees on time and always treat employees well. If an entrepreneur is honest with employees and pays them on time, then employees will forgive common mistakes and will always be focused on work. But if an entrepreneur is not good, if he is not honest and sincere and does not pay employees on time, then employees will never be focused on their work.

Both the employees and the employers are human beings who needs to be treated with love and respect if they are doing the good work in the company, the employers should do the right thing at the right time to make sure the employees are not hurt while the employees should deliver their own job to ensure that the company doesn't have any reason to delay salaries when they are meant to pay salaries. Mistakes are mistakes which is normal but a repeated mistake should have some punishment so that everyone will be more careful and mindful of they handle things to avoid making the company go bankrupt, if workers are well treated by their employer and their salaries paid when due there will be no need to jump from company to company by the workers.

If I were the boss of a company, I would look for loyal employees with the qualifications and skills my company needs. I believe loyalty is crucial. Many employees today only work for the money, but loyalty to their leaders and the company is somewhat lacking. I would never hire disloyal employees. Once I find such employees, I would give them a decent salary and substantial bonuses based on the work they have done. Many companies go bankrupt when they hire the wrong employees. I worry that they may actually become traitors and leak business secrets to competitors. They sell important information for personal gain. For that reason, I believe every company looking to hire employees should choose employees with a high level of loyalty.

As an entrepreneur, if you are satisfied with your employees and want to retain them, you should do everything you can to satisfy them, just like you are satisfied with their work. In my opinion, the best way to keep them is to treat them like family. You should not make your employees feel like slaves under you. When it's time to play, joke with them as if they are friends, pay them well, and don't make them feel less important than those doing the same work in other companies.

Every employees should be paid equally, if your employees feel less important than others, they may leave your company to work for someone else, you can get your employees some good stuffs to celebrate good seasons such as Christmas and other holidays, all of this is enough for someone to keep their employees.

Therefore, to retain them, businesses need to create an attractive work environment and offer generous benefits packages. It can be argued that the price to pay for employee loyalty is not cheap, and it will depend on the specific circumstances of each company. You can't offer generous compensation packages just to gain employee loyalty while putting extra financial pressure on the company and leading to financial difficulties.

It's easier said than done, and the gap between the two is vast. Running a company isn't as easy as we think.

Incentives for their task are the proven strategy to extract more productivity from them and keep them happy? That worked with some compnaies but it may not work with every kind of market, in some businesses, there has to be strict management or else they won't do any job just be there to get their salary and pretend like they work all the time.

I am very bad at this because I try to be more humane with no matter the other person is but often in business you need to be harsh to keep them doing their jobs.

Good salaries and a good working environment helps to keep workers happy and work for you for a longer period but the best way to have the workers not willing to leave is the relationship you build with the workers and their warfare which I think means so much to them asde the pay, the environment and the working hours. If the employees are well taking care of and aside their salaries little incentives is been given to them to appreciate their work and good medical services are provided for them when they are not fine then you don't really need to be scared of them living because no one will see a good environment and leave when he's not sure of the next place he's going.
I guess all you mean here should be summarized as treating your employees well, if so you got it right, to some employers they think that once they employ you, they have the right to treat you any they like but do not consider what could be the result reverse of their action, it is almost impossible for employees that are been treated kindly by their employer to plan evil or not to give the required and expected output in their work place, although I understand that humans are unsatisfiable but being overall good to your workers has a way of paying you in different way, the fact is when your employees are not happy because of your attitude towards them, just know that your establishment will suffer it, and such establishment will keep experiencing resignation from workers for a notable reason just according what you said.

That's not the mindset of a business owner, instead, proactively find ways and create reasons for employees to want to stay and work for you. Because you are a business, you are creating jobs and paying them. Therefore, you need to be proactive in this relationship.

You should strive to create an attractive, transparent, and, above all, fair work environment with ample opportunities for advancement. Create a work environment where employees feel their value is recognized and their efforts are rewarded appropriately.

In that way, they will naturally want to stay and dedicate themselves fully to the company. As a business, always maintain a proactive attitude, don't act as if you need them.

When you talk of how to keep an employee, this all involve how your business is going to be, if really you are planning to build a very big organization, definitely you cannot do it alone you need a supporting hand, but mind you despite how large you want to start, you have to be sensitive when hiring your employee. You don't just have to spend so much at the early stage of your business, because this will lead you to bankrupt, no business will started to gain immediately, it require a lot of sacrifice which will definitely be upon yourself, that is why you have to make your decisions carefully.

Well, sometimes employees are not attached to their employers because they received a huge amount of money as salary. What matters to most of them is value, self respect and how much they worth. Money is not always the solution to our problems. No matter how little you paid them, some will not bother about it, as long as you are being kind, polite, humble, truthful, generous and respectful to them. But even when they received a huge amount of money as salary, and the employers are rude to them nothing will make them develop interest for the job. Is not just about money, its depend on the kind of bound they shared.

I always laughed at all those "startup" companies with hipster coffee shops inside, sleeping pods, and table tennis and all other gizmo so that people would prefer them. Reality is simple, do not spend that much time and money on the company and the building, and spend it on people and you will do fine.

Simple reality is that, if you leave one part of your office for "fun" stuff, that would cost you at most 50k even in California, how much is a sleeping pod and a table tennis could cost, how much a coffee cup costs? Nothing. Pay people and you will get them, otherwise all other gizmo things will not mean anything. A person making the amount in your company he can't make anywhere else, will not leave you at all.

Good salaries and a good working environment helps to keep workers happy and work for you for a longer period but the best way to have the workers not willing to leave is the relationship you build with the workers and their warfare which I think means so much to them asde the pay, the environment and the working hours. If the employees are well taking care of and aside their salaries little incentives is been given to them to appreciate their work and good medical services are provided for them when they are not fine then you don't really need to be scared of them living because no one will see a good environment and leave when he's not sure of the next place he's going.
Your point is very realistic about the relationship between employees and employers. As we know not only salary and working conditions can earn employees loyalty. If we retain this relation much more then also a relationship is compulsory between management and employees also with fair pay. The fact is that if the relationship between employee and Manager is healthy then the employees feel respected and this step creates an emotional attachment. If our organization pays attention to the employee's situation and helps them according to their medical concern then it shows the organization values its people other than productivity. So the learning point is that if an organization values its people with respect and fair pay then employees will not want to leave the firm without any solid reason.

If they are paid accordingly, they will not think about leaving the company. but mental peace matters lot. I prefer a moderate salary in a healthy work environment where employees are encouraged and respected, rather than a high salary with constant stress and pressure. company cannot grow if employees keep leaving. To retain good employees, companies should focus on respect, encouragement and small benefits like bonuses or appreciation.

To retain your employees, then treat them well, when people have a secured job, then they have no reason for looking for a more better option, because all they may be seeing could be only lesser to what they are getting already form their current job, we need to be human oriented, know about how others could feels and be able to put ourself in their place, because everyone want a more better offer and job security from what they do.
If you want to retain your staff make the working environment conducive for them, starting from their salaries and allowances, depending on the kind of business you do, you need to handle the welfare of your staff. Once such is protected, other things will come as an ease of doing work and not necessarily to frustrate them and lack the motivation needed for the company to grow. Then the next thing you want to do is to keep training and retraining them to build their mental caps and effective service delivery for you.

This is simple....Give them benefits, attractive salaries, good working conditions, as the employer, always be accommodating with with them etc....Truth be told if an employer has a good track record I really think that that the workers will be more motivated to continue working infact there is the possibility of more workers coming that is if the employers needs probably an expansion. But then the employer should always have his limit, he/she shouldn't be over-good or over-accommodating, he should still be strict at some point if not his employees will always want to ride him infact take him for granted.

There must still be boundaries with employees, it is important especially during working hours, of course it must be professional, but I see that an attractive salary is not always able to retain employees, especially if our business is not that big, of course this cannot be done, but there are several other things that can be done and one of them is to act professionally and create simple work rules without any pressure on employees.

Try to find out some personal issues they have. Let them share them with you.
Know them down to earth, pay them handsomely, and dont joke with bonuses, promotions, etc.
There is no perfect way, but keep a close eye on them. You will know their weak points and how to use them against them.

I agree with you. whether the company is small or big, if the employees are given as many opportunities as possible, then it is good for the company. Because an employee will work under pressure and may perform his duties as much as he can, but if he has love for the company, then he will do the right thing  and he will always want that the company does not suffer any harm. He will always work for his organization with a good attitude.
