This is entirely true, gambling has saved and better the life of many and it has also harden the life of many who are so addicted to it and couldn't control their emotions towards it, I heard someone whose mother was on a sick bed used the last Money he had to gamble and fortunately he won a huge amount and flown his mother outside the country for the operation she needed for her live and be saved, that's how gambling can help you and it was risky too because had it been he lost the game his money would have been gone and he won't have safe his mother's life, it's just a game of luck and if you are lucky enough you will win big.

I don't completely agree with you because we can not say for sure how many people have made it with gambling and the number of persons that haven't made it since they started gambling but because the rate at which we see loss we conclude that the percentage of people that has made it through gambling is far below the percentage of people that hasn't. The casinos aim and objective is to make profit no doubt but our winning doesn't depend on them but rather it depends on our luck so even if they don't want our progress because they want their profit it doesn't mean anything because they can not stop our luck but they can only wish and pray we don't win.
