Nitro Betting Withdrawal Nightmare

Good morning everybody

Earlier this year, I made an account at NitroBetting.eu. I deposited 25 mBTC which came with a 700 mBTC rollover. After months and months, I got through the rollover. In November, I decided to make my first withdrawal. After a week or two, I received an email stating the cancellation was due to a domain change to NitroBetting.io. On December 4th, I made another withdrawal request. After 18 days, I was finally told to add Russell's name in the subject to nitro@helpzone.com and that I would get assistance. To my surprise, the 50 mBTC withdrawal was processed hours after this email. After checking my account, 92.9 mBTC remained as my available balance in addition to 22.78 mBTC in pending wagers.

This morning, I received the following email,

"According to our bonus T&C:

Unless otherwise stated, any Bonuses granted have a 3x Rollover requirement associated to any winnings obtained from it and the first withdrawal after claiming a Bonus will be limited to a maximum of 40 mBTC. If your resulting balance exceeds this maximum withdrawal amount, any excess funds, except for your previous deposit’s amount, will be removed from your balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

Considering your deposit's amount was 24.5657 mBTC, and you receive a withdrawal for 50 mBTC, 10 mBTC more than the maximum amount you can receive from a bonus; we adjusted your available balance and left your pending bets active, they will run it's regular course and be graded when the regular season ends."

When asking support what the resolution is, I am told "Nothing, at this point you took advantage of the bonus, completed the rollover and withdrew your winnings."

Is there any way for me to see that 93 mBTC or is it as good as gone?

I would really appreciate any insight or advice.

I did not play in this casino ever, but I have seen some scam accusations against them. You should have checked their bonus terms and conditions before you expected the full amount. It must be mentioned in their terms and conditions about the wagering requirement and the maximum bonus amount that you get win from the deposit bonus. If it is already mentioned in their terms and conditions page, then you might call it shady, but you cannot call it as scam.

They cancelled my withdrawal, which looked as if they had deleted my balance, but after contacting them, the amount was restored. However, they still did not pay it out after I submitted a new withdrawal request.

Okay. This makes sense now. Thanks for the clarification. But you should have updated your comment, which you posted on different threads. However, regardless of whether they erased or credited the amount back, it is still shady, scammy behaviour. Wiping out user balance and crediting back again is not a good practice. Even after that, they did not released the withdrawal for a long time. It is safe to assume that they are doing selective scam even if they aren't scamming everyone. So, people should stay away from these scammers.

After finding your post, I also tried to get help directly from Russell, but it seems that in my case it doesn't matter. They are frauds who scam me for 0.044BTC. They have been delaying payment for over 6 months.

What is your story like?

I see you going on different posts by other victims commenting that you were also scammed. I think I would be much better if you also made a new thread telling how they scammed you with details.

Chances of you recovering your funds are minimal for you, unfortunately. This casino was pretty decent back when it was nitrogensports, but things started taking a turn a couple of years ago, and now they appear to have gone full scam. You can check through their thread on the forum here and see that its just been people complaining about them for months.

I don't quite understand how a 25 mBTC deposit can have such a high rollover - far higher than the 3x stated in your post - unless it came with a large bonus. The whole part about limiting the withdrawable bonus amount is a little iffy, but it doesn't really matter, they'll not respond to your complaint here or anywhere else. Sorry.
