I think them people have always lived by some rule whether it's written law or not. If human want to live together, human's need some rules. Otherwise it becomes difficult to survive. Religion came later and made those rules more strict, meaning that it made it clear what is right and what is wrong. And that is why many people believe that law emanated from religion. But it seems to me that people made rules out of necessity first, and then gave meaning and direction to the rules through religion. The two are intertwined, So no matter how they come it is difficult for a society to survive without rules or laws.

The laws of a country are formulated according to the culture of that country. Criminals do not respect the law and they are the ones who create unrest in the society. Imagine if there was no rule of law where you live, would you be safe? You are sitting safely at home writing articles, it might not have been possible if there was no law in your country. Your life and property would not be safe. Since ancient times, people used to live in a social and collective way to protect themselves from wild animals and other criminal groups. In the present time that social system has transformed into a state and laws have been created to make the lives of citizens easier and safety.

It is difficult to agree with this. Without a legal framework, the world would be in a state of total chaos. I am not sure if you are familiar with social contract theories, but many philosophers pondered this centuries ago and reached a conclusion. We cannot rightly say that there was no law right from human creation because even from the beginning, Adam the first man on earth God created him and gave him a law which forbids him not to eat from a particular fruit in the garden. So laws have always been in existence right from the beginning, it doesn’t just start now in our eyes. You’re right, a society where there’s no law will lead to chaos, people will do the way they like, there will be no peace, law is very essential in our society it helps to control people’s behavior and keep them in order. The problem is not to create law, to enforce it is the major problem that we’re facing today. Many times, those who make the laws are Still the same people that don’t follow it. There’s a saying that leaders should follow by example, because if they do citizens will also follow suit.  So for me, laws doesn’t mean a good society. Imagine there are laws and punishment for offenders yet people are still committing things that would keep them behind bars if you take away the laws and the punishments then you will be seeing different people committing different crimes without control. The law cdn not be broken it can only be amended but if the government tries to allow the law to be totally removed then the world will not be safe. More laws needs to be created cause there are some punishment that is not strong enough but if the government increases the punishment for some crime the crime rate will reduce.

I'm just imagining the point you just made here, assuming there is no laws for the people leaving in the society, that what could be our faith, the law is indeed a limit to full potentials of humanity. And even though the law may seem to be biased in some societies, favouring the influential more than the ordinary people, the truth still remains that the law plays a very significant role in maintaining order in every single society. Since there was no law after the creation of the human, some people think that it destroys freedom, while others think that if a person is not responsible, he could not enjoy freedom. In my opinion, I would say that no one had complete freedom, if the law had not been created, no one would have been able to enjoy freedom because at that time those who were strong would have done whatever they wanted. The weak would have been completely insecure there. Moreover, at that time only chaos would have been created. Without law, society would not have been formed and there would have been no balanced behavior among people. Potentials I know are sharpened by rules and regulations, the operational patterns of humans without law is extremely different from those with a well structured rules and regulations because the laws serves as a tool for the shapping or moulding of people.

The humanity really needs laws to guide them, even as how some people are behaving in law nations can be very superise, and we can turn into each other badly if there is no law. There are many things that we may consider as culture or traditional practices and they can really harmful to our health and our life at large. I don't think law limits the potentials of human, rather I think law is very important for the existence of man. I really think without law there will be a lot of chaos in the world, because people will.be living in their on terms and they will be free to do whatever they want, which definitely includes killing one another freely with no law limiting them from doing it. If there were no laws in place, then I doubt humanity would exist at all because we always evolved only when we lived as a group but usually humans are greedy animals so if no laws protecting others then strong ones will try to eliminate the remaining ones from the competiution that leads to loss of lives and eventually very few people will remain and there is no room for development anymore, we all have to focus on the survival alone.

I do not think that if there is no law, humanity will be destroyed. Humanity existed long, long before these modern laws were established. Humans used to live in group and there were different ways in which they used to cooperate with each other and live happily. With help of morality, people can understand difference between right and wrong and respect each other culture without having fear of punishment. The problem is not that there is loss but problem is created when these laws are made to control people rather than giving them protection. If there are good laws then they help to protect freedom and they also help people protect themselves from getting harmed. Instead of thinking that if there is no law, society and humanity do not exist, it is fairer to think about whether laws that are made are fair and necessary or not. Freedom is not totally free. Before law came into place, life was brutal, cruel and inhuman; life was based on survival of the fittest and toughest. God have made laws in place for humanity to adopt, so we can't take laws away from God because even God run this world by his laws, which humans need to obey to remain in peace with the good they worship.

Government laws is shaping the country activities and all the citizens, although we may have some laws that are not really in place, but that doesn't mean that the laws we have are wrong. We need laws to guide our actions in society.
