How do DT come up with accepting toxic behavior?

DT are policing scam, account sale, and other activities that will result to negative impact in the forum.

Why does a toxic behavior of user is acceptable? Do forum will look better with this derogatory remarks?

I frequently read a post of some DT before that just “grow a thick skin”. Wtf, why will the community will adjust to someone bad behavior.

This user deserves negative feedback because it promotes negativity instead of posting in a positive way.

Some DT will argue that they can’t do anything about it, but giving him negative feedback and removing him on signature campaign will make this user quiet or changed. User like this earning a money by mocking or belittling others which I doubt the brand he is promoting will be happy if they knew user like this promoting their brand in a negative way.


And yes I’m pertaining to @Satofan44 and other user on the same attitude.

I’m not a DT, my negative trust doesn’t have any value that’s why I’m asking how this kind of toxic behavior was naturally accepted by the DT.

You can check @Satofan44 trust feedback, his negative trust was counter by positive trust by some DT that shows they accept this behavior.

Well, if you want your feedbacks to start being visible, you have to start leaving them. People chose to include (or exclude you) based on your feedbacks, or at least that's the way it should be done.

I rather chose the current situation where people can offend each other freely, than members being banned over insults or having an opinion that is different that forum staff, like its happening on other. forums. And if it bothers you how the user in question is behaving, simply put him on ignore.

Depends on the motives, account farmers usually go silent once their accounts are burned. That does not mean they are actually silent, many come back under new names like God of Pajeets or the scammer Royse.

All he does in his time here is come to defend shady individuals, pretty positive and natural behavior.   As many other shady individuals and scammers, he was quick to come and complain about me after I called him out on his bias and suspicious behavioral pattern. He just validated my suspicions.

Nobody wants to put in the effort to change it. Some are biased because the change would be negative for them, others don't want to do it for other reasons. I have tried to convince several people to try something, but no success. Proposed changes should come from senior and experienced members, not new ones or shady ones like OP.

According to loyce.club, Satofan44's judgement is distrusted by 25 people and 5 of them are DT1 members.

I don't agree with not allowing someone to participate in signature campaigns just because we don't agree with their judgments. That's not the correct use of the trust system.

This is what happens when people collectively let the DT system have many individuals in it who are not fit for it. The negatives on my profile were incorrect, the positives were done to counter them and the neutrals (which are incorrect too). All of those are from individuals who have been called out for being stupid or doing things wrong. They essentially retaliated, and other people come whining that I -- a untrusted member -- "retaliate". Boring hypocrites, I need more entertaining arguments but many people here are so dumb that they come up with the most boring posts.

My posts and my technical knowledge of Bitcoin are better than those of 99.9% of users here, that is sufficient for me. I don't need to or want to become a DT member. Therefore I can leave feedback without restrictions, DT members can't. It makes sense, but many users that repeat these things like parrots don't understand the implications of such a system. That is why they write complaints about nobodies like me.

DT police scam because it's not moderated, neither is account sales. That's sort of the unofficial reason that the default trust system was implemented in the first place.

That is a very subjective situation. If we go down that route, who determines what's toxic or bad behavior? Anyone on DT could then be leaving feedbacks cause they do not like how a conversation went.

If you don't trust judgements of a DT member, just exclude them from your trust list and you will no longer see their feedback.

Public forum has all sorts of users. You can't expect everyone to behave the same way

Ahh the negative trust, I missed it. OP did not mention the negative feedback given by @Satofan44 and all of his focus was on toxicity/derogatory behavior. Now I get it why he is so angry and honestly this thread would have been more justified if he made it focused on wrong trust feedback (or trust feedback without evidence). But may be he wanted it that way.

I am not accusing anybody of anything until a thread is opened by me or someone else about it. It is merely my opinion, I have a good eye for covert abuse of systems -- it is my work specialty.   "Farming posts or accounts" is acceptable unless there is abuse of some kind, that is the current consensus among DT members. Therefore, I am merely stating that in my opinion a user is behaving in an DT accepting way -- just covertly.

They always have hidden motives for their reactions and often double standards.   You can save time figuring out people simply by being rude to them, try it out in real life.  Some will respond with physical violence which shows that they are undeveloped apes, others will get angry which shows their emotional immaturity. It works remarkably well as a filter. This is a good way to find interesting people.

As I already said Satofan44 has been very harsh when dealing with trust system and he has given many negative trusts without any proof.

Satofan44 has a good knowledge of bitcoin and can be a valuable member of the forum, but I don't like how he use the trust system and in my opinion, OP is somehow right.
Of course, as already mentioned by LFC_Bitcoin, the negative trusts given by Satofan44 don't really matter.
