There is one thing you need to know when you want to hire people to work for you no body can run your business the way you will do, some of them doesn't know how to to respond to customers though there are good people also who run business for others and the business keep growing, i have heard many stories from different business owners how their workers keep stealing from them. It's not possible to get some one who has it 100% the main purpose of business is to make profit and also for the business to grow more so when the business is growing you Know that your workers are doing well even though they might still be doing their things the main purpose of the business is been achieve, but when an investment is not going forward it means no work is been done.

Well, finding people with 100% integrity is becoming increasingly difficult nowadays. Many people tend to think only about themselves, especially when they feel that a company or business is not paying them what they deserve. Many businesses fail not because their workers lack knowledge, but because they lack integrity. Knowledge is easy to obtain today, but integrity is not. I believe the current system should be better than in the past, with stronger monitoring of everything inventory coming in and going out, money flowing in and out, and overall operations to ensure transparency and accountability.

Before someone start business i suggest all mastering two crucial knowledge whiches are accounting and legal. We all know that on business operational security, we need to keep three most important thing; money and cashflow, data and our system the last is stock and operational. With mastering accounting and legal matter, businessman can formulated system/structure, SOP and regulation for business strenght, groth and survival.

Beside reason you have explained, from my experiences, for newly built business it takes around 5 years to closely monitoring And ensure business owner can understand clearly every step of operation, the predictable problem and how to solve it. Remember business ownwe is the system maker who responsible to make guidance book for all of emplooyes. Perfect time to hand over our business especially operational matter to other people are when we see that without our presence everything running smoothly based on our formulated applied system. We must ensure that our business has stable income with detailed clean proper report,healthy cashflow for a year and fixed cost. Slowly we can hand over it too be managed by other.

As an owner, our challange not stop at this point, after everything running well, we must start to test our business strenght with new creative idea, we should held simulation on destroying our business or we must act as chief destruction officer. On this fast changing era, business owner must be brave to destruct and change unrelevant thing for business sustainability.

Sometimes it really surprises me how easily people trust total strangers, when in reality we don’t even trust our own family 100%. That said, in some cases those “strangers” have worked together for many years, maybe even a decade, so they already understand each other’s limits and capabilities. People like that still exist, but they’re very rare.
When we are talking about people who work in the same organization together, they might have already built in some personal relationships within themselves that are no longer about trusting a total stranger, and when companies hire workers, they go for those who they believe share the same vision with the company, so if the employee does anything against the company policy, that's on the person. The company has done their part. We can't know everyone's heart; that's just the simple truth.

This is through having a tight recruitment system that aligns the personal values to that of the broader organisation and this has made the operations of the organisation run smoothly over long periods of time. It is true that an institution can only establish hard moral lines and set policies to its members. The blame of committing deviant actions lies squarely on those people who have decided to breach commitments given when joining.

There are too many intentions a person may have in the shadows, and we cannot see them as he or she seems to perform outstandingly. The moral failure of a worker is not a problem that can be considered through the most effective administrative protection. The correlation between words and actions is a personal sphere that cannot be affected by any control system made by humans. The only thing that we could observe is the final product.

I don't think it's necessary that you must "master" accounting and legal. I doubt you can even master if it that's not your field. That is why there are professionals you can hire if you must. What you need to know an a deep understanding of that business and the openness to always learn more and get better. You can hire legal practitioners and accountants that can handle that side. As long as you have a basic understanding of how those things work, you're good.
If it were so easy for everybody to master accounting and the law, then there will be no real need for the service of these people as much.

The bigger the business, the more you will need the help of professionals. If it's a small business or solr proprietorship, their services might not be needed. Since it's a small business, you can know everything that's required to run the business. But when it's a big business that you have different people on the payroll, you need professionals to handle it for you.

There are colleagues (strangers) that are convenient and safer to go into business with than with some family members. Actually it's even a bad idea and riskier doing or going into business with family person than when you're doing it with an outsider whom you may have known for a good life time and due to precedents with them you find them worthy of business partnerships.  If business partnership has to work then trust must be placed at a high point that the partners doesn't have to be working together with suspicion.

Sorry to hear about the loss your parents bear and that's right finding a real loyal worker who manages your finance is very hard these days, but that does not mean there are none, but the honesty of the people is being tested when they saw a stream of funds and somehow they know they can make money out of it too so they start making instead of covering it to the owner or making a plan so no one would do it they do it themselves.

Owners should never trust their managers that much no matter how old and loyal they were, at the end of every year or every 6th month the owners should do the math and complete their own books or hire some third party without telling the third party about the manager or manger about it.

Yes, if the business we run really needs help, then we have no choice but to recruit other people to help, but the problem lies in the selection, we have to be smart in choosing people who can be trusted because after all, we can only see from the outside, the rest we can only guess and predict. If I have a business, I will do it myself, but if it is time to recruit others, there is no other choice but to do it.

Most business owners would want for their business to grow and be successful. As the business gets bigger, they'll be little choice than to hire some staff to help you run the business smoothly. Yeah, we can't see inside their hearts or read their minds to know if they're going to be a competent employee or someone that would knowingly or not, hinder the growth and progress of the business.
While some employees are just lazy and knowingly choose, for one crazy reason, not to put in their all or to outright frustrate the growth of the business, I'd like to think that people reciprocate just how they're treated in the workplace. If treated fair and right, they'll gladly work for the success of the business and willingly put in their all.

We can't determine their moral in the beginning and if someone is good at hiding it, we'll unlikely to uncover them.
But these people will always fall for their own morals when they're tempted to do something against the business and its owner.
There is no control over their minds if they want to steal or cheat the records or stocks from the owner.
Because a proactive owner might not able to see the true them but, with such strict protocols and process of their own system will unveil them.
