Sometimes it really surprises me how easily people trust total strangers, when in reality we don’t even trust our own family 100%. That said, in some cases those “strangers” have worked together for many years, maybe even a decade, so they already understand each other’s limits and capabilities. People like that still exist, but they’re very rare.
When we are talking about people who work in the same organization together, they might have already built in some personal relationships within themselves that are no longer about trusting a total stranger, and when companies hire workers, they go for those who they believe share the same vision with the company, so if the employee does anything against the company policy, that's on the person. The company has done their part. We can't know everyone's heart; that's just the simple truth.

There are too many intentions a person may have in the shadows, and we cannot see them as he or she seems to perform outstandingly. The moral failure of a worker is not a problem that can be considered through the most effective administrative protection. Before someone start business i suggest all mastering two crucial knowledge whiches are accounting and legal. We all know that on business operational security, we need to keep three most important thing; money and cashflow, data and our system the last is stock and operational. With mastering accounting and legal matter, businessman can formulated system/structure, SOP and regulation for business strenght, groth and survival.
I don't think it's necessary that you must "master" accounting and legal. I doubt you can even master if it that's not your field. That is why there are professionals you can hire if you must. What you need to know an a deep understanding of that business and the openness to always learn more and get better. You can hire legal practitioners and accountants that can handle that side. As long as you have a basic understanding of how those things work, you're good. If it were so easy for everybody to master accounting and the law, then there will be no real need for the service of these people as much. The bigger the business, the more you will need the help of professionals. If it's a small business or solr proprietorship, their services might not be needed. Since it's a small business, you can know everything that's required to run the business. But when it's a big business that you have different people on the payroll, you need professionals to handle it for you.

Sorry to hear about the loss your parents bear and that's right finding a real loyal worker who manages your finance is very hard these days, but that does not mean there are none, but the honesty of the people is being tested when they saw a stream of funds and somehow they know they can make money out of it too so they start making instead of covering it to the owner or making a plan so no one would do it they do it themselves.

Yes, if the business we run really needs help, then we have no choice but to recruit other people to help, but the problem lies in the selection, we have to be smart in choosing people who can be trusted because after all, we can only see from the outside, the rest we can only guess and predict. If I have a business, I will do it myself, but if it is time to recruit others, there is no other choice but to do it.
Most business owners would want for their business to grow and be successful. As the business gets bigger, they'll be little choice than to hire some staff to help you run the business smoothly. Yeah, we can't see inside their hearts or read their minds to know if they're going to be a competent employee or someone that would knowingly or not, hinder the growth and progress of the business. While some employees are just lazy and knowingly choose, for one crazy reason, not to put in their all or to outright frustrate the growth of the business, I'd like to think that people reciprocate just how they're treated in the workplace. If treated fair and right, they'll gladly work for the success of the business and willingly put in their all.

We can't determine their moral in the beginning and if someone is good at hiding it, we'll unlikely to uncover them. But these people will always fall for their own morals when they're tempted to do something against the business and its owner. There is no control over their minds if they want to steal or cheat the records or stocks from the owner. Because a proactive owner might not able to see the true them but, with such strict protocols and process of their own system will unveil them.

Actually it's even a bad idea and riskier doing or going into business with family person than when you're doing it with an outsider whom you may have known for a good life time and due to precedents with them you find them worthy of business partnerships. If business partnership has to work then trust must be placed at a high point that the partners doesn't have to be working together with suspicion.
It's true what you said, sometimes doing business with family members tends to be uncomfortable, meaning that sometimes there is friction such as for example from different comforts and that can be a problem that affects our business. And doing business with other people is said to be more comfortable in my opinion because there will indeed be new relationships that are formed slowly that trust can be formed as well but with family members sometimes we are not like that because we already know what their character is like. So doing business with family and strangers is different and of course it is more advisable in my opinion to just do business with strangers but don't resort to it when recruiting others.

I can remember how few people drained my parents of millions within six years of running their business, everything was going smoothly at first and slowly things started changing, it's been a long time now but I have learned that this same thing happened to many people too. This is also happening to some businesses right now and the business owners don't know yet. The mistake that my parents did was trusting the hired manager too much, always be on your guide when running business and paying people salaries, people are like termites, what you paid them might never be enough for them, they will start planning to drain down your business and if you are too relaxed it won't show until it's too late. One of the greatest killers of a business are the employees. The employees are so important to the business that they can either make ore mare the business. Of course they are the ones at the fore front and they know virtually all everything happening around. They know your all your opening and closing stock on a daily basis which makes it so easy for any of them to manipulate and steal stock or even cash. There's a saying that goes that 90% of staff will steal if they have the opportunity, 9% of staff always steal in an organisation, While just 1% of staff will never steal mo.matter what. The above statements are always true in a.practical scene hence the need to always very even if you trust your staff. You need to always check and verify things yourself always even if you trust the person.

But if you have been proven good and genuine by your employer and your co-employees throughout your years of service, that means to say that you can really be trusted with your assigned task without doubts. But for high security, no matter how you trust well the person, the business owner should still be guarding his business from time to time.

That happens because the owners have entrusted them the business itself when they've seen good performance and have shown concern to the business. That's why getting trust of the owner is quite easy for them when they have shown those normal things that an owner would do. But if it's a huge enterprise, they're going to have hard time doing that. And they'd go with the superiors who are the ones monitoring the business itself and they have each department that's specified to tackle the concern of the employees. The bad employees will exist and it's their lost when they do bad things inside the company they work.
This shouldn't happen when someone has control over their business's finances, allowing them to identify problems more quickly and address them more quickly. This is different in large companies where they have employees in their respective fields according to their assigned responsibilities and perhaps in a company, employees are trained based on their abilities when they apply. In the context of large companies, it's completely different because the systems they've built are actually better because they have established standards. When looking at small-scale businesses, perhaps this is where we see the owner's ability to advance their business. That's why I say good control is necessary so the owner can detect problems as early as possible before the business experiences problems. You're very correct, if you want to be successful in your business just keep family members out of it, I'm not saying that we shouldn't help our family members rather I have heard several stories about how most companies and business was ruined by family members. If you employe any of your family members to work in your company there will be no discipline and he might even go contrary to the rules and regulations of the company and just feel okay with it because he have this strong believe that you can't get him fired, the highest thing you could do is to shout at him this is why things easily go wrong when you're working with families.

It's true what you said, sometimes doing business with family members tends to be uncomfortable, meaning that sometimes there is friction such as for example from different comforts and that can be a problem that affects our business. And doing business with other people is said to be more comfortable in my opinion because there will indeed be new relationships that are formed slowly that trust can be formed as well but with family members sometimes we are not like that because we already know what their character is like. So doing business with family and strangers is different and of course it is more advisable in my opinion to just do business with strangers but don't resort to it when recruiting others. I saw many businesses and I saw many people who are doing business but they are not earning good because manager is scam person and he is withdrawing the money because he has less salary and business person has no experience of work. Many people are doing work for money but they have not enough money to meet the expenses of that modern time . You should protect your business if other person is handling your business and should get knowledge of your business because otherwise you will be in loss because many people are ready to cheat you because they has no other source of income. You have to work hard if you want to survive in the modern age and you want to be successful in life.

Hiring is definitely one of the hardest things that anyone can ever do. We are talking about letting someone do your job, for your business, and that is never easy because they will not care as much as you, because why would they.
There are people out there, who could own a business themselves, and wouldn't work as hard as they should for their own business, let alone do it for your business. After all, from their work, you are profiting more than them, or at least you should, so if they do a great job, you make the profit, they just have a stable income. You're very correct, if you want to be successful in your business just keep family members out of it, I'm not saying that we shouldn't help our family members rather I have heard several stories about how most companies and business was ruined by family members. If you employe any of your family members to work in your company there will be no discipline and he might even go contrary to the rules and regulations of the company and just feel okay with it because he have this strong believe that you can't get him fired, the highest thing you could do is to shout at him this is why things easily go wrong when you're working with families. If you're including family in your business you won't see the benefits or see some profit you make because some will collect things with you and they won't pay back because they will says we people are family nothing you can do about it. So as a business man or woman anything you're doing you should focus on it you should not include family inside any produce you sold to them sell it as a business man so that you won't lose anything, business is different from family support they get some of things you can be doing for them without even getting to your business plans. Is good to help your loves once, but you should help that wont affect your business.
