[RESOLVED] Razed.com blocked account, endlessly asking for documents

I want to make you aware of the scamming attempts that are being done by the Razed.com team.
I've wagered 50k on the site and since then I've been hit with Level 4 KYC and limited to $0.1 stakes on sports. My net winnings are around $1000.

Now they will not accept ANY documents I provide for Source of Wealth. I deposited $7k USD and they keep asking for more and more documents. I've provided my last two payslips as requested but now they want current bank balance and full list of all my transactions from the last two months on my bank. My payslips show that I make more than 100k a year and 7k accumulated deposits will not require this kind of proof on any other casino.

Withdrawals have been blocked, the team barely speaks English (anything outside of text-modules becomes a problem). Email support is non-existent, they have not replied in over 48 hours and all live-chat does is pointing to the emails and asking me to provide documents.
Looks like my balance of $1100 is being seized for no reason at all.

Edit: It became even worse. I was ready to submit my bank statements and now it turns out they don't accept "neo-banks". I'm using a large online-bank as my main account and they simply say "we don't accept that, please provide statements from a traditional bank" - which now makes it 100% clear that it's an obvious scam attempt. I have an account with a "traditional bank" for savings only which makes it impossible for me to submit their requested evidence.

@OP, you have stated in Razed.com ANN thread that your Source of Wealth verification was successful and you have received your withdrawal as well. So, it will be better if you update this thread title by adding 'resolved' in it. Also, lock this thread.

Luckily after ping-ponging with them they accepted my savings account statement and processed my withdrawal.

Razed is... umm, I don't think I have a reach to any of their contact. Both directly or through email. IIRC [though I can't find the email] I tried to reach once or twice for some issues in the past and they asked me to get the person having dispute to reach them themselves.

So, sorry OP, can't help. But I'll add this to my list [when time finally have some mercy on me to update that forsaken list]
