Yeah, we will see, but to be honest, with what I've seen throughout the years, I don't have high hopes. Casinos can be very specific and strict when they ask for the source of funds. I do hope you get your source of funds issue resolved because, from the looks of it, that is the only issue that is keeping you from being able to withdraw your funds from the casino.
I think the requirement itself is correct, it should be a PDF and the original copy of the bank statement. But honestly, I’m not a fan of submitting bank statements at all. It feels like a big hit to my privacy as a citizen. I did it once maybe five years ago, and I don’t plan on doing it again.

That’s really my issue with KYC. At some point, even your personal finances are no longer private just because a casino demands it.

I don’t think that’s a valid explanation. If a casino operates 24/7, then issues should be addressed in a timely manner.
Even if it’s the holiday season, staffing shouldn’t be affected to the point that problems are ignored.

At the end of the day, issues need to be fixed quickly to protect their reputation.
So I think that assumption is wrong.
You are right, I am assuming and my assumptions are free, they don't have to be the same as yours.

I personally don't mind as long as the criticism is constructive because in some countries holidays can put off a lot of work including casino staff who take care of finances. But for those who are not used to holidays at Christmas, they must not understand it too much.

That’s the problem with some users who make accusations and then never update their posts. It leaves everyone guessing whether the issue was already resolved or if they just gave up. Most of the time, it’s probably already solved. Giving up, especially when big money is involved, is unlikely unless the accusation wasn’t valid in the first place. And if the accusation stays open and the casino doesn’t respond, it just leaves an unanswered thread, which isn’t a good look for any casino.

However, as users, we also need to be patient when facing a problem. We shouldn't jump to conclusions and say that Razed.com is trying to scam or do anything else that would incite others-- that's also unjustified.

I think this is the most exciting tournament to participate in. Honestly due to the time zone difference, after I registered yesterday, the poker time started while I was sleeping. Lol
