Hello

im kinda frustrated cuz i cant Login into my Account cuz somebody change my Email adress on my Account!

I got this Email Notification gyazo.com/9cfd08d64940b0bb8595c97e5ed41d6f?token=463d0c3c31d41cdebb6d1be273ed6821

i imidiatly change my Email passwort and Message the recovery@bcgame.com

they send me the automatic few Question order Email i had to fill out!
after that still no respond for 5days!

so i tried they support@bc.game to get somebody to respond!
even there Nobody respond till today thats 5days ago

from its been 10Days and nobody respond im kinda frustrated!

i spend thousends of $ and get no service from Bc.game!

im LVL 60 playing for atleast 5-6years

i believe all this happend with there Hacked Tacco weekly Account

can anybody Help pls!

I noticed their support is kind of slow when it tries to resolve an issue. I don't know if it's a problem of understaffing or just simply there are a lot of complaints that need to be worked on, but there is a hug backlog

Sorry for your experience, OP. Irrespective of the fact that they have lots of a backlog of cases to attend to, we should know that this is a festive season, so many people would be on break, having fun with their families out there, so probably the agents are likely not going to be prompt in responding to messages sent to them anytime soon. This is really unfortunate and alot of negative experiences from gambling and casinos users this days are all pointing to bc.game and I really wonder what is really going with this casino?

They once had messed up with their users, stealing money through refusal to pay up winnings, they got tagged and later they apologized and paid all who they owed and their reputation was restored back, its seemingly looking like they are gradually beginning to tour that same lane again and like yahoo said, it would have made alot of sense if users boycotted the casino to teach the management a good lesson.

I am wondering, what does it take to restore a hacked account to the right owner if normally the user have been able to provide every evidence proving he or she is the rightful owner of the hacked account? I won't be surprised if this turn out to be an in-house hack incident, that is, the hacker is from bc.game's team.

Merit well earned. I mean that the site has a terrible support is no secret and one of the reason I left behind a high VIP level account on this site and moved on from it. But the recent influx of complaints, mostly from Indian players complaining about fiat deposits and withdrawals not getting processed, really is annoying as fk. The whole scam accusation recently is like 50% of cases like this, it almost warrants a new section just for these issues.  Tongue

I now feel that I should create a website with a domain name, such as Bcgame scam help center, or something similar, and I believe I would attract dozens of users from the first day. It is a well-known problem, and we did not see any difference in years except for holydarkness helping them resolve the cases. The problem with Indian fiat transactions is there for a couple of months. All other accusations are result of failure of their live support. Those case would never come to the forum if their support would read what the players are writing. The problem is, their support people just copy-paste responses.

While you are speaking with your contact can you tell them to take a look at this section of the forum and see how many people have complaints against them? Let them know we/you aren't their website support. Helping out once in awhile with spare time is 1 thing but a full time job because of their incompetence is taking this forum for granted.

I am to the point where I think we need to start advising disgruntled users to open flags against BC. Even though the issues seem minor, they don't seem to care enough to fix them.

I really get tired of tagging holydarkness for this shithole of a casino with their piss poor support. I wish everyone would just boycott til they get their shit together, soo many issues and the worst support on the planet.

@BCGame hire some competent devs and support agents.

Merit well earned. I mean that the site has a terrible support is no secret and one of the reason I left behind a high VIP level account on this site and moved on from it. But the recent influx of complaints, mostly from Indian players complaining about fiat deposits and withdrawals not getting processed, really is annoying as fk. The whole scam accusation recently is like 50% of cases like this, it almost warrants a new section just for these issues.  Tongue

If the complaints are mostly coming from a particular region, then the casino should be able to look into it and rectify it immediately because a whole region being affected means big trouble for the casino, as they might begin to lose customers from that region. Already, they have begun to receive a tag as a scam casino just because they do not respond quickly to players who have complained about their experience with the casino.
