Same thing happened to me from the taco Tuesday thing on telegram. Im a VIP level player too and it's been 3 months since my account got hacked. As soon as it said my email was changed I contacted support and sent in the list they ask for but didn't have a screen recording from my wallet because my wallet didn't work so finally 3 weeks ago I got the screen recording and sent it and still no reply. I even talked to my host on telegram but she said she couldn't help. It's sad that someone can spend that much money with their casino and they just don't care!

How about you open your own scam accusation thread instead of hijacking al the other bc threads. You want attention on your case so get it the correct way.

If you bother to read post #22 that I made, the joined force between me and the excellent team that your previous head-of-headache-inducing-dispute-resolution had it tackled. I believe OP has reached your team internally, where my contact on Risk was ready and waiting for his email. And thus, got it resolved.

I already gave up on getting my account back I was simply saying they aren't alone the taco Tuesday hack happened to me too wasn't trying to get help on my situation.
