What is the market if not for speculation? Let’s start the first day of the year with some bold predictions. What’s the lowest prediction for bitcoin in 2026 as well as your highest? I might say $50k lowest and $150k for highest. What do we think?

The market is not looking like it is going to reach $150K this year. The only exception is that the Bitcoin bull run is not yet over and just went on a cool off pending to resume again in this new year. The Bitcoin market is still very uncertain and very volatile in nature, so one cannot say what direction is the market actually headed towards as it is now. A lowest price of $50K is actually possible even if the market is going on a bearish trend. On the other way, even if this market is going to be on a bullish trend for another time, then it is most likely that a news will still have to push it to reach maximum price of $150K.

I think the lowest will be $60k.the reason Bitcoin price drop down to $50k last bear season is because many institutions have not join Bitcoin. Now that many institutions have found Bitcoin as a solution to wealth it will be difficult for the price of Bitcoin to drop below $60k this year.

honestly waiting for a much lower market price but due to a lot of adoptation in the market it was probably going to lay low on the 80k-90k$ I mean anything could happened at any moment now because Bitcoin is just too popular today like countries started to actually adapt on it so it could easily skyrocket at any moment we just doesn't have control on it anymore, so the best thing to do is still go for Dollar Cost Average, and start to position yourself on a good spot where you could be ahead of a lot of traders and easily sell at any moment when you buy at a lower price at the same time keeping it in control incase market price continue to drop.

We dont want to go all out or just hope that the market price could incrase we want to expect both an increase and a decrease in the market price of Bitcoin, so for me just having a good amount of liquidity is always a good option, so that you are always ready to buy a good position at any moment.

Still Im guessing for an uptrend speculation all day, limited supply and increasing demand of Bitcoin, it was all coming on an upward trend except maybe of other factors like wars, and other news.

If i had to guess, ATH of this year was already.

And OP, i am rather interested why would you think it has new ath in the same year that bear cycle started? That didn't happen during last 2 whole cycles, so why now? Even if market wouldn't repeat itself, you must have some reasoning behind that.

ATL of the whole cycle is probably before end of this year. And that will be $50k or slightly lower, and i am basing that on the belief that chart history might rhyme with itself.

People probably blame sudden death of Trump (because of health reasons) for it, and that's most probable black swan event in the history that moon boys are counting against.

But that's like 50% or so drop if the price goes to that low.

Latest ATH must be $126k, so 50 percent of it is $63k, whilst $50k is lower than it. I think these are literally low but in general, a dip in the price is an opportunity 

I'd say that do not be too confident with that.
Because the price can be so low that we have never anticipated that price to come.

Indeed. And if it is about history, then there are actually times that the price had dump to a very low price that some didn't expect to happen. I can see that you are like throwing a quote there on your last sentence but I think it goes like this: 'calm before the storm'. So, if the storm had already come and then it is now calming down, then chances are that it is now over. But anyways, we can just be prepared for every possibility, so that there will be no problems that we will experience.
