Has anyone created a record of liquidation about your gambling activities if you're in a win-win situation or deep in debt because of gambling?

It's also included for those people who gamble just for fun, maybe it's time to calculate your losses even if you think that it's for fun.

I have not thought about calculating my 2025 gambling journey. I don't think the result I will get will be different from what I guess from my head; the figures might, but I know for sure the losses are higher than the winnings, but since I'm not a high staker, I don't feel the loss. I can easily remember my wins more than what I have lost.

I will try if I can keep a good record this year, but as for 2025, I don't see myself going back to do all those calculations; it might hurt to see the total amount spent if put together.

I don't make records of my gambling activities mainly because I only allocate a very small amount (an amount that I wouldn't care if it gets burned), spend it, and pray to God I hit a jackpot. lol
So, for 2025? For me, I say, overall, it's 50-50. 50% I remember the losses, and 50% wouldn't complain about them anymore, move on to 2026. 

It's also included for those people who gamble just for fun, maybe it's time to calculate your losses even if you think that it's for fun. 

Pretty sure, those who gamble for fun don't mind their losses (if there are some), hence, no need to calculate things.

If everyone calculate their loss in gambling I think the rate at which people has lost money will be too voluminous and it can even discourage who has been doubting themselves if they are actually doing the right thing by gambling and I don't think I can actually calculate all my loss even last year own because sometimes I do delete my  history especially when the loss streak is much and yet I can not  stop gambling because I believe my win so far is more than my loses even though I have deleted some and I don't calculate it individually but one should be able tell if they have made more loss than profit or not.

If you aim at knowing every deposit and withdraw in all the gambling you will do in this year, the first month of the year before starting to stake or gambling is when you will start the calculation because that's were you would be accurate on the data but starting when the year is at the middle you will only get some calculations but might not remember all the amount and the time you deposited them. For gamblers that frequently loss with consistent deposit, they will have a lot of money lost at the of the year after they made summary of all. I don't no if can do this on this 2026.

I have never kept track of or looked at my gambling statistics. Like most gamblers, I have certainly experienced both losses and wins. But for me, this year seems to have more losses. 
Even though I don't gamble just for fun, I don't consider my losses to be significant. Although if counted for the entire year, seeing the total amount might make me feel overwhelmed.

In 2025 the prospect of gambling will increase from 2024, I gamble in a different way from the previous year, where I used to play more often randomly, in 2025 that is not the case, I only focus on one game, namely (sports).

So most gamblers dont like to track their expenses. Because if they do they get filled with guilt and they cannot process it further.

So in 2025, just make sure you track your daily losses, you never know you might be able to control your habits better.

It was a mixed bag for me. My luck treated me well in the first half, then it went downhill in the second half, where I started losing more bets. Despite these losses, it's still not that bad since i've lowered my stakes compared to the previous years.

I've stopped tracking my records for quite some time since I don't gamble that much. Then again, I guess it wouldn't hurt to set another one again and see how long I can keep it up.

this year has not been good for me when it comes to gambling and there is no point in hiding that fact. when i finally sat down and looked at the numbers the losses were bigger than i expected. it started as something simple and harmless. just a way to pass time enjoy the thrill and test my luck. at that point i truly believed i was in control of my decisions. over time that confidence slowly turned into overconfidence and that is where things went wrong.

the biggest mistake was telling myself that the next round would fix everything and that one more try would balance the losses. reality proved otherwise. still i do not see this year as a complete failure. at least i stopped and faced the situation honestly. i reviewed my actions and accepted the outcome. many people never reach that stage. this loss became a lesson. gambling without limits almost always ends the same way. moving forward i need clearer boundaries and calmer decisions or the cycle will simply repeat itself.

To be honest, 2025 was a very bad time for me, especially in terms of gambling. I lost a lot of money at the beginning of the year, which made me go through a bad time throughout the year in terms of financial condition. And I didn't just lose my own money, I also borrowed money and wasted it. Due to which I had to go through a lot of trouble throughout the year. However, I hope 2026 will be a good time for me and I will have a good experience. I am now trying to keep myself away from gambling and trying to keep myself completely under control. I believe that in 2026 I will be able to take myself to a good position and keep myself away from various types of bad addictions. Gambling is not bad, it is a good place for entertainment. However, if you become addicted, it works as a death trap for us.

I think there's a lack of options in the poll.

Some of us may have lost a little bit, while others can still absorb the loss that they had. That's where I am at. I do feel frustrated with some of those losses because it was lost in slots, and I don't like how the RTP of the local online casino that I used has. It's so low that winning is almost impossible, but thankfully, I didn't go full blow in spending money.
My 2025 is not that great, but I am not at the bottom either. It's the sports betting that helped me recover, and I had a good start on the NBA tip-off.

Is there any essence of counting your losses you've accumulate in the year in course of your gambling? for me though, it's a thing of personal decisions weather or not i want to stop gambling or not. It is not by keeping records of the previous games ive played or not. Just a few persons will like to analyze the winnings they've had and try to evaluate it if its worth to be continued or not. But for me who does it only when I feel like having fun or a time off work to relief my self from stress. I certainly donot have a need for it.

I have dropped my vote, and I obviously went for the “gambled for fun” because despite still not consistent with my whole intent for gambling, since I usually switch from fun to monetary gain I did played for fun most of the time so I think I’m qualified to vote for it.

As for the the calculation aspect, if I should do a total summary of all the gambling sites I played on last year to see if I won or if I lost I don’t think I’ll consider it as fun again because from the withdrawals I made I don’t think I even came close to my deposits throughout the year. So, the result of mine is obvious! I lost but still since I went there with the intent of having fun (most of the times) I don’t really have any regrets.

Hopefully, 2026 will be better than last year’s stats in terms of profit.

I voted for the last option since I rarely count or check my overall profit/loss status on my games.

All I can say is I have fun on all my games even though most of those bets are losses. I have no luck year on slot games compared on the previous year which I regularly get a multiplier above x1000 in weekly basis.

This is year just breakeven or just surviving when I gamble.

Having never gotten into debt because of gambling, I hope this won't happen because not wanting to gamble on borrowed money can be dangerous.
Records of gambling activities are never counted because for me this is not necessary, basically already you probably have a percentage of losing than winning from the records that are known.

Counting your losses for a good cause means squeezing the budget tighter which is fine, does anyone here do that? Some of them forget about never counting their activity throughout the year.
