I recently registered on one casino, but since I don't want to deposit yet, I just go and play on some games on demo mode. But it just hits me while using it, as I thought that this could be one way for casinos to sort of be like a training ground for gamblers?
What I mean of training is that it could be a sort of onboarding mechanism as it could give gamblers some sort of confidence specially if in the demo mode you did hit a good numbers and then it cross your mind that if this is real money then you could have a windfall if let's say the winning is like $10k?
Or it is really just for fun and for the experience of playing without real money and so there are no risk involved?
It not so difficult to understand, in my case, if I explain it, I will definitely explain it this way that when we see a new gambling game and express interest in playing it, but since it is new, we do not know about the process and system of that game, in all those cases, this Demo mode is mainly used to get familiar with that game. Although in my case, I sometimes give a light demo play to known games, but for testing, this demo mode or option is kept for the purpose described above. So I would say, no it's not made just for fun.
