Rollhub (ex Blackjack.fun) refusing to pay the full winnings

Yeah, the majority of USDT come from that. When you don't play you can simply stake your balance in the staking wallet for 15% APY, making it attractive to accumulate it.

Well, if he doesn't respond to you, you should not wait any longer. The case is no longer viable since they are unwilling to discuss the $ 10,000 and are instead focusing on the $500 they are willing to pay you. Seeing how terrible they become, you should not have accumulated that $10K at all. You should have withdrawn your money as soon as you received the wagering contest reward and the level-up bonuses. $10K is not a small amount of money. This can change life in many countries. I don't think they are going to pay you that $10K anymore.

I've just found this topic, and I can relate. My balance has been held hostage as well since early 2025. I've had about 25,000 USDT withdrawal pending for months. Out of that 25k, they paid out 2,500 USDT last summer, but nothing since then.

When I contact support, I'm either told they've notified the relevant team and that I should wait, or I'm ignored completely. Last October, I contacted them and was told they "are investigating the nature of my wins," and that "it takes time, anyway meanwhile you are awaiting you can try your luck and increasing your stakes by winning in our platform." Yeah...

About a week ago, they reminded me of themselves when they emailed me about their new token, so I came back to check. Seemingly, no progress has been made. Well not nothing: I went on a bit of a winning streak, so now it's about 35,000 USDT that's stuck with them... Great...

To be fair, since the rebranding, support is a bit more likely to respond. Nowadays I'm told they are "actively working on it." However, when I ask what this "work" entails, or how much of it has been completed over the past months, I only get silence.

I raised the issue in their Telegram group. My messages were deleted and I got banned. I was able to contact a Rollhub manager though, who told me he would ask the team about the problem.

The title of this post is misleading.

Rollhub (formerly Blackjack.fun) is not refusing to pay legitimate winnings. We refused to pay funds that were generated through the exploitation of a known technical issue.
Here’s what actually happened.

About the “$10k winnings”
The claimed 10,000 USDT did not come from fair play.
Those funds were generated indirectly using USDT obtained from abusing a broken campaign payout that had already ended and was no longer visible on the site. The exploited funds were then used to enter other competitions, bounties, and wagering events, inflating the final balance.
In simple terms:
The base funds were not legitimate
Everything earned with them also isn’t

This is standard practice across the industry, not something unique to us.

The exploit (the part conveniently skipped)
During a 1-hour Rainstorm Event in September 2025, an Hourly Bet Count Competition mistakenly continued paying out after the event had ended.
At that point:
The competition was not visible on the front end
The event was officially over

Instead of reporting the issue, the user:
Placed 318,151 minimum-value bets
Over ~98 hours
Using DICE and LIMBO

Specifically to repeatedly trigger the broken reward logic
This was not accidental play.
This was deliberate exploitation.
The total amount generated directly from this exploit was approximately 980 USDT.

Reversals and payouts
Around 85% of the exploited funds and related winnings were successfully reversed
Some funds had already been used in other site features; those rewards were also reversed where applicable
The user did receive their legitimate TRX balance
Additionally, 500 USDT from valid level-up rewards was credited and made withdrawable

What was not paid out was the inflated USDT balance that originated from the exploit.

About bug bounties (the ironic part)
We actively encourage responsible disclosure.
Had this issue been reported instead of abused, the user would have:
Qualified for a bug bounty
Likely earned more than the exploit itself

And all legitimate winnings would have been paid out normally
Choosing to farm a broken mechanic for four days instead is not a bug report.

Final clarification
Calling this a refusal to pay winnings is incorrect.
We paid:
Legitimate balances Legitimate rewards

We did not pay:
Funds generated through intentional abuse
That decision stands.

I had significant winnings (a high 4 figure from ~$6,000 to $8,000) from wagering events and competitions prior to any alleged "1-hour Rainstorm Event" which you try to use as a scapegoat.

Where is the proof for any such supposed event for the hourly bet competition?

Because:
1. I have not seen or been aware of any announcement whatsoever about any limited time event in regards to the hourly bet count. All competitions, including the hourly bet count, have always been visible on the competitions page during my gameplay. Saying there was an invisible competition is not true.
2. I remember when there was a period in October, not September, with prizes on the competitions page for the hourly bet (VISIBLE to everyone) and saw an increased activity from other players and played in good faith trying to win it, which I didn't even win all of them as the competition was tough. If any payouts from that period were truly unintended, then those specific winnings are the ones you should have retained.
3. I didn't break any rules, there is no rule against playing minimum bet.
4. I would like to see a history of my bets/winnings and balance on the website with dates, but guess what, you don't even have such a basic feature (only the last 10 bets), how convenient.

What you fail to address is my prior significant winnings as explained above, especially the big wagering for the daily and weekly competition. These are my base funds, along with the TRX balance.

The funds were accumulated over time since at least late July.
Wagering events/bounty codes were posted on X and Telegram (wager $500 to win $50, wager $200 to win $10 etc).

August and September had wagering bounties present on the homepage that I won.
In the same August and September I played and won the daily wagering competition. Some days when there were few players and no high rollers competing I even managed to win top 1, top 2 and top 3 places with as low as $10k to $20k in wager, other times I wagered $50k-60k (dice and limbo). The weekly wagering competition was much harder to win as the top places were always taken by high rollers on the last day of the competition, leaving only the rakeback prizes accessible.
Edit: I did find some history of my winnings on the bonuses/rewards calendar page, but a lot of them ($500+ and $1000+ from Aug/Sep) are missing/not displayed unless a certain game was played that day. Even so, those 2 days alone combined in August are worth $1000+.
The one period with multiple competition winnings like the hourly bet is October 10-14.

A scam accusation against Rollhub was solved today, even though the OP did not submit any proof of his claims. It is good that a forum member bumped this thread. We would like to see if there has been any progress. However, the amount involved in this thread is kinda big, and I am not sure if they are going to solve this matter like they solved the other scam accusation within a day, right after the victim created the scam accusation thread.

Rollhub representative Laura hasn't logged in to their account since that only response in this thread. I don't see any posibility, but let's see if OP come back and share some update about this case.

Some of their staff are gone (Sarah, Thomas, and a few others).
A new support agent "Peeter" appeared in ~July, promising to look into it and eventually stopped replying, being replaced by the bot.

Rollhub are serial scammers.

They do the same with all highrollers on their site.

They make excuses not to payout like below, and then don't return the players initial deposit, they confiscate everything and ban the player.

They didn't pay out $20k in affiliate commission for a friend of mine, they scammed one of his players for a $500k withdraw and also $20-50k from around 10 of his other affiliates.

And now they're still scamming for 6 figure amounts.

Over a month ago, I decided to play on @rollhub_com
 after they offered a substantial deposit bonus and lossback promotion for new VIP players. I was initially skeptical, but I had friends who had played there, successfully withdrawn their funds, and vouched for the platform, so I decided to give it a chance.
