Rollhub Scam: 45,000 USDT withdrawal delayed indefinitely

Dear Bitcointalk Forum,

This is a scam accusation against Rollhub Casino, previously known as Blackjack.fun.

I originally created my Bitcointalk account to seek help with this issue, but the casino's topic had apparently already been abandoned, so nothing came of it. As the case has seemingly run its course and I have no other options left to resolve it, I think it is time to make this scam accusation.

TL;DR: Rollhub Casino has not processed my withdrawals since February 2025, always hiding behind an "ongoing investigation." I currently have 45,000 USDT in pending withdrawals. Support is generally unresponsive, my messages in their public chat and Telegram group were deleted, I was banned from both, and even a complaint to their regulator, Anjouan Gaming, went nowhere.

For background, I had already completed KYC and had previously made multiple deposits and one successful withdrawal of 15,000 USDT without any issue. So I had reason to believe they would process low five-figure withdrawals.

At the end of January 2025, I deposited 10,000 USDT on Blackjack.fun Casino (later rebranded to Rollhub Casino). I mainly played high-stakes blackjack and dice and increased my balance to 25,000 USDT, which I then tried to withdraw.

That was where the problems started.

My withdrawal request remained pending for months. Every time I contacted support, they either told me that my request had been forwarded to the finance team or simply ignored me.

Several months later, after I contacted every representative of theirs I could find across different platforms, one of them finally replied on Telegram. I was told that there was an open investigation by a provider, and until it was completed, they would not process my withdrawals. Since provider investigations can take a ridiculously long time, I decided to wait. Still, I found it very strange that my account was not disabled, locked, or restricted in any way.

(Probably not important, but that same provider has since become region blocked on the platform.)

Because I assumed this investigation could drag on for several more months, I cancelled the withdrawal and put most of the funds into their staking program so the balance would at least generate some interest in the meantime. I also made a smaller withdrawal request, thinking that once they processed that one, I would know the investigation was finally over.

In the summer of 2025, Blackjack.fun rebranded to Rollhub Casino. Other than the name and the design, nothing really changed.

In September 2025, they finally paid out two withdrawal requests: one for 500 USDT and another for 2,000 USDT, for a total of 2,500 USDT. That was the only meaningful progress. Since then, I have received nothing.

Support once again claimed that there was an ongoing (new?) investigation and that "it takes time." At the same time, they also told me that "meanwhile, while you are waiting, you can try your luck and increase your stakes by winning on our platform." So apparently they would not process my withdrawals, but they were perfectly happy for me to keep gambling..

I continued playing a bit and ended up winning even more, increasing my balance from 25,000 to 45,000 USDT. So now I have 45,000 USDT in pending withdrawals. Great, except for the part where they do not actually pay it.

As I received no real updates and support kept dodging the issue, I tried asking for help publicly in their on-site chat and Telegram group. My messages were deleted, and I was banned from both. Support later told me that "your chat has been temporarily muted while we work on resolving the current case."

I also submitted a complaint to Casino Guru, since that was the only complaint resolution platform which listed Rollhub. They refused to help "due to the amount of time that has passed since the incident."

On January 15, 2026, I filed a complaint with their regulator, Anjouan Gaming. That also went nowhere. Apart from one automated confirmation of receipt, both Rollhub Casino and Anjouan Gaming completely ignored the complaint, including multiple follow-ups. So much for regulatory oversight..

This case is also a warning about the Anjouan license in general. Based on my experience, it offers no player protection at all. In practice, it seems to exist so casinos can display a license badge and players can feel safe, while in reality there is no meaningful regulatory oversight. Whether an Anjouan-licensed casino pays out winnings seems to be entirely up to the casino itself, with no consequences if it decides not to.

At this point, I do not believe there is any real investigation. It looks more like a convenient excuse to delay payouts indefinitely.

Rollhub's operation is indistinguishable from that of a scam casino: they are happy to accept deposits and happy to let me keep playing while my withdrawal requests remain unpaid indefinitely. I would not even call it gambling, because gambling requires an actual stake of value, and as things stand, my funds on Rollhub may as well be worthless play money.

I am posting this as both a warning to other players and as a record of what happened. I no longer expect this to be resolved, especially given the size of the amount involved and the complete lack of consequences for non-payment.

If a representative of Rollhub comes here and disputes any of the statements above, I will be happy to provide evidence.
