Rollhub (ex Blackjack.fun) refusing to pay the full winnings

Hello,

Rollhub (ex Blackjack.fun) is refusing to pay my full winnings of over $10k.
After I tried to make a partial withdraw of them (570 USDT) back on 27 September, they requested KYC again (despited being verified when they were called Blackjack.fun).
I completed it again and it stayed in pending since then.

Asking live support turned up to be useless:



Their telegram staff also seem to be ghosts who are not reading messages.

But finally, after 3 months, got an answer on telegram from their so called VIP manager.
Perhaps by ignoring they expected for me to play and lose my winnings in the meantime?



Blaming it on bugs or glitches for not paying my full winnings, instead offering only my TRX balance + $500 from level up rewards.

The biggest winnings being from the wagering competitions (weekly, daily...) by playing mainly with TRX and USDT their original games dice, limbo and plinko which they claim to be PROVABLY FAIR.
Also they have bounties with prizes in USDT.

Edit: I received my TRX balance now. After this I requested a 10k USDT withdrawal (max amount) which simply vanished, instead they credited 500 USDT back.
They literally try to force me to withdraw only 500 USDT.

Have you gotten the 10k USDT by playing the games and winning the prizes there? Based on your transaction history, you haven't made any big deposits in USDT. The VIP manager has said that they will close your account by processing your TRX withdrawal only. So, what about the other funds that you have in your account now?

Anyway, it looks like they have one of the worst support systems in the gambling industry, and it take ages to get a response.

Simple conclusion we can draw from the Telegram conversation is this site unprofessional. Blaming users for errors on their end, exploiting bugs/glitches, or anything else has nothing to do with the user. If the site having problems, then do maintenance. There is no guarantee their site will not experience bugs or glitches in the future, this is a warning for users who are still playing on Rollhub.

Winning the wagering competitions and wagering bounties are both paid in USDT.
RHUB is their token which can also be "mined" by wagering $5000 for 1000 RHUB (changing rate, before it was better).
The BTC is an older deposit kept on the staking wallet on site.

I sent a message to Sujonali on telegram and asked him to have the team have a look at this. I'm curious what bugs you might have exploited, I'll wait to see what the team has to say or if they even respond and decide whether to tag the casino.

Also don't expect him to keep contact with old partners because the campaign he had managed is longtime ago and may even be ignorant that the company changed its brand name. I don't have better options to suggest but I also think your winnings are lost forever since this is what we can conclude from their support quality. I still can't understand why they decided to close your account after withdraw TRX if the glitch (if any) is their default not yours. great that you opened this accusation to warn others.

As long as we keep trying, I'm sure we can see the end & conclusion of this problem. Grab everything you can get at the bottom, don't just give up at the surface. Nothing wrong with trying all the possible available options, but remember this is not a garantee for anything. The casino has no official representatives actually and sujonali might not be their marketing manager anymore. Official ANN thread is locked and support channels are the worst as confirmed by OP. What do you expect? Yes I am pessimist but this is clear by reading the full scene. I really wish the case will get resolved asap.

So under normal circumstances there would be no reason to request a new KYC, the only reason they might have had was playing on time.

I want to lean on the side of this, lol. They are prolly looking for every means not to pay out winnings. But considering that this winning is not too large to be looking for a way out, then i agree they might be broke and it is possible they wouldn't last too long from here on in.

That said, OP, the only thing to do is to make as much noise as possible about this and hope they eventually pay you. I remember this casino with their former name, i didn't even know they had a name change. Was there a change of management too?

They shouldn’t raise questions about the USDT rewards you won from the wagering contest. If there was any bug or glitch in the contest, then they are completely responsible for it. However, I’m curious about the nature of the bug or glitch in the wagering bounties. I hope the Rollhub team will explain the matter here.

Any casino may ask you to complete the KYC verification again even if you have completed the process in the past. However, this happens rarely.

Blackjack.fun supporteven on their previous brand is very poor because they have limited personnel. They even have days that withdrawal is not available and KYC took so long to be verified.

At least now they are allowing user to still use the casino while still on pending KYC verification compared before that the account will be temporarily inaccessible until KYC was verified.

How much so far is withdrawal on your account and what is the remaining balance that they voided?

Do all USDT are voided since they only allowed TRX withdrawal?

Well, from what I've read and understand, I believe this casino knows exactly what they are doing and it's to do everything to avoid paying the $10k+ that the op won, they are literally trying to steal from the op and this is why they are opting to close the ops account after he withdraws his TRX because their conscience can't help or bear it.

And they said after the op accept to withdraw his TRX balance, they will permanently close the account, what crime did the op commit to warrant the closure of his account when he wasn't the one that introduced the bug that made him win? (this is assuming ops win was even as a result of any bug in the first place).

I hope this matter be treated fairly and op is allowed to withdraw his full winnings.

And while investigating the case, they didn't suspend his account, waiting op to play and lost the won amount. This is the first time I see a casino confess that the user isn't responsible about the glitch in their system, but at the same time they will close his account after finishing to withdraw a small portion of his account.

I don't usually see scam accusations from high-ranked forum members. New accounts create most scam accusations. When I see scam accusations from a Sr member, I think it's more credible. Could you please clarify if all your USDT balance came from the wagering contest rewards and level-up bonuses? Why didn't you requested withdrawal in USDT before and accumulated it?

Ghosting player for months without any timely response and hiding behind the unexplained glitch to avoid paying well deserved winnings is a clear scam. They paid you tiny amount hoping you will let it go and continue to deposit and play.
I can confidently say that any reputable casino would have paid in full even if there was an actual glitch (which I highly doubt in this case) OR would have come up with a detailed explanation about the glitch.

However, if the winnings were from a severe bugs which can be exploited to make unlimited money, I don't think casinos would pay that amount to the player. This case is different. Even though the casino claims the user earned those amount using a glitch, they did not mention what glitch he has used. As the player already said, he has got the amount of wagering contest and I don't think they didn't notice there was a glitch. They would have removed the funds as soon as they realize people got money unfairly. But Rollhub waited for the player to request a withdrawal. They did not need months to check the players gameplay.

Yeah they have been rollhub for many months already, maybe a half year now actually. I really wonder about the bug or whatever they claim has been exploited. Would be really interesting if @warfare has something to say about that. Or maybe it's just some made up excuse not to pay the rewards, everything is possible. All I do on that site is claiming free daily 2 TRX and then try to run it up by getting lucky. Wouldn't risk to do any deposit after all that fuzz in the last year.

Yeah, the majority of USDT come from that. When you don't play you can simply stake your balance in the staking wallet for 15% APY, making it attractive to accumulate it.
