Recently I have experienced this type of error feedback, but not from AceBet but from another casino or exchange that I was testing. When it happened, I refreshed but it didn't work. I opened a new tab and it was able to go through.

So, I tried login to AceBet from the signature now and everything works well as expected.
There is no website or platform without their downtimes, and even the ones I hardly see it on ( perhaps, once in 3 years) still eventually have it. Plus I can't be on their platform to attest to it every time, so some people might experience it when I wasn't aware of it, unless they tell me, just as we are communicating about AceBet now.

Meaning that it's inevitable, but it should also be kept as minimally as possible. And as I said about AceBet's own, it always clear off on its own in seconds, and it does that without corrupting the cookies and caches. This explains why your second tap on the same browser worked. It would have also worked if you refreshed the former browser repeatedly.

That's a terrible read of the situation. It's not on me to debug my browser when a book holding my funds goes dark. A professional operation doesn't just disappear without a single announcement.
When I'm evaluating a book, I don't just look at the juice on a -110 line; I have to price in counterparty risk. Unannounced downtime and a support rep who goes silent sends that risk price through the roof.
It tells me their backend ops are run by amateurs.

I couldn't care less if they have the best NFL opening lines in the market.

If I can't be 100% certain the site will be online when I need to get a bet in or, more importantly, cash out, the entire value proposition is zero. It's the same as finding a +EV line on a bookie who you know has a 50% chance of vanishing by tomorrow.

The odds on the screen become irrelevant if you can never collect. This isn't an 'area for improvement'-its a fundamental failure of reliability.

Even if the funds is not there, so long as the person trust their service for one reason or the other, he deserves to know, unless there's no communication means.

However, unforeseen circumstances are excluded here, and so are the short time downtimes, since the former is no one's fault and the latter is negligible.

Yeah, let's look at it this way, you can be lucky to attract customers one way or another, especially through marketing, but only quality service would keep them. It has started happening already, which is more reason for casinos to be up and doing.

Of course, they are doing really fine. And like I said in my very first post on this thread, I love the name (ACEBET) itself, and it could be part of the reasons to attract customers. However, with zero unsatisfied customers, that means they are going places.
No companies can satisfy all their users so complaints are existing here and there, if you don't see complaints in the forum, perhaps there are somewhere else. Or it is only not time for complaints to be posted here but by far, at least, without complaints, accusations that show ACEBET are doing well with their service, products, customer supports for users exclusively who are forum members.

With business, they will have to face with accusations, complaints that are unavoidable but the importance is how to support users well, answer them quickly and accurately. If a business considers "customers first" actually, they will treat their customers fairly and respectfully.
