As funny as it is even if Floyd problem is not about money which definitely it is because bankruptcy is all about available cash liquidity so money still the main problem and for that, sure Jake Paul is the best fight for mayweather right now considering the other options don't match his current state.

What we must consider why choosing Paul as the best next recovery opponent to fight is because of a number of things that may make those other options inconsiderate for a better chance for Floyd mayweather.

1: Floyd age.

2: recent fight with the remaining opponents.

3: potential amount in cash rewards for the fight, those are the factors that are going to shape Floyd mayweather decisions on the next fight to pick.

You can not really tell about the types of life those people are living beneath, sometimes they could appears so responsible and at their dark moment you see whom they truly are. There are people who are kinds of addicts which they have involved themselves in all types of  addiction, which could be either; drugs addiction, smoking, being drunk, and as well as gambling addiction. But I doubt if they do gambling as most these people are restricted from betting on their matches.

Connor McGregor will be an easy fight and will not give him a lot of money. Hence, it's a toss-up between Pacquiao and Canelo.
I did not include Paul because he is likely out of boxing for two or three years because of the broken jaw as a result of the Joshua match.
I think he will likely go for Pacquiao because many fans believe that he won because Pacquiao was injured in their first fight, and he wants a conclusion to that fight.

It would be Jake Paul if the fight will be in the next year or 6 months from now if not, not sure Jake is coming back from Joshua's knockout for now,he's done for now. but for Mayweather if truly he would make Mooney of it then Conor would be my bet because it will be easy to get knockout and take the money home, Connor is still very active but not social attractive as Jake.

In the options above, it seems Pacquiao would be a good option here since Pacquiao already thought last year that he wanted a rematch with Mayweather. I'm sure more people would be interested in this fight than the other option above. Pacquiao is still a legendary boxer and knows he is still a strong fighter, but choosing him, even Mayweather, is going to lose. I believe he is still going to receive a better amount than the other option above.

I think that  since Mayweather's interest is purely the financial aspect, Jake Paul would fit perfectly into his goals. The hype that would surround the match would give Mayweather that which he needs. It would not just be about the fight, Mayweather just needs to make an appearance and he will get his reward for the fight which I believe he'll be victorious. Although I am yet to believe that Mayweather is struggling financially.

A showdown with Jake Paul would undoubtedly generate massive revenue for both fighters, and since it would be an exhibition bout, Floyd’s perfect 50-0 record would remain intact. Manny Pacquiao, on the other hand, is eager to face him in a regular fight, but I believe Floyd will steer clear of that challenge, as the risk of defeat is significantly higher. I only hope the rumors about his bankruptcy are not true.

I do not even see the essence of this thread because it is not about boxing bet, what we usually discussed is when a match has been fixed for two well know boxers and date is about to be fixed or date has been fixed already for a fight between them. I don't know how realistic it can be that Floyd Mayweather, is going broke, the guy is very rich and I don't think that he is near bankruptcy, some people will spread fake news about a celebrity to gain relevance. Let us assume that Mayweather, is going bankrupt and he needs an opponent to fight for the money, if he were to pick among the guys in the OP my best guess is Manny Pacquiao. They have an unfinished business, the fight that they had years ago many people thought that a rematch should follow but it never happened. It'll be good to have the two old timers to have a go at it again, I know that I'll be happy to weigh my options and bet on such a fight.

I think Jake Paul would be the most advantageous opponent. However, it will have to wait until he recovers, and his injury requires quite a long rehabilitation. On the other hand, a fight after an injury will create even more excitement among the public. I don’t think his problems have reached the point where he will go bankrupt, but he is certainly getting into deeper trouble with his poor financial management. He wants to spend like he’s Jeff Bezos, when he doesn’t have even 10% of his net worth.

Mayweather was never really popular when he was actively fighting. He only sold a lot because people wanted to see him lose. If he fights an old guy like Pacquiao or an washed up MMA fighter, those fights won’t do as well as if he fought Canelo or Crawford, who are younger and would likely be favored to win against him.

We know that after the de la Hoya fight, he has always been a cherry picker. I don’t expect him to change his ways. He is most likely to choose Pacquiao because that makes him the most money out of the opponents he can still beat.
