I gamble for my own entertainment and if I manage to get a job that is very good in terms of income then I will probably stop gambling, even though I have a lot of money that can be used but maybe doing it occasionally is more than enough if I can't stop completely.

That's very correct, there are other means of entertainment and not just gambling. I can easily quit gambling even without any rewards, especially if there are rewards given, I will definitely be happy to quit gambling.

We want to live well without any financial problems, we want to live without any lack, and if we get all these things instead of just giving up gambling, then here is 100% sure that I will also give up gambling. For anyone to say no to something like this, they would have to be super addicted and that is usually not an easy thing to overcome. Doesn't matter if you give that person all the cars, houses, money, jobs whatever you can think of, if they are addicted, at the best case they will say yes and not do it for a while but will go back to rabbit hole eventually.

But if someone wants to overcome their addiction then you do not even have to offer anything but help, if you offer help to make them stop then you are going to get them to stop. In most cases, a forced quitting is a solution, if someone who is addicted is in rehab, and can't do it for a year, then it will help and while they may still go back, it's easier to stop in that case.
