It depends, the root to take in order to become successful varies, it really depends on the person's luck....They're people who don't become successful through skills, but through a random struggle, becoming successful depends on were God destined you..

They're people who establish business with a minimum capital, but they become successful than people who establish business with maximum capital...

Success come from spring beings not by skills, they're people who are professionals in their skills but they're not successful, but your involvement or seriousness can activate your success..So in summary..To become successful in your area of specialisation come through a spring being.

True, skills are very important and can maximize the potential income to be made. But I still think the most important aspect is constancy. Usually when we start, we don't have money, neither skills. It's only through constancy that we learn new things and continue grinding towards our goals, even when we are paid to little to execute a task on the present time. If we give up, we don't acquire money, neither skills, neither reputation.

I know there are very intelligent and skilled people, but who aren't disciplined enough to work on something for a long time. That end being a disaster, and take them nowhere after all...

I didn't have that need to become a professional but if I want then I definitely can become one, let's just take bitcoin itself who taught everyone to become an expert how satoshi came up and even if he had that dream and executed how others learned about bitcoin and it's technical side and 99% of the stuff are just from online forums alone.

I intended to mention investing in bitcoin in the previous comment because I sensed you were thinking that you could learn about bitcoin investing and basic financial knowledge online on your own. You can do the same with other professions as well. Not only you, I know many people who think the same way. Or many people think that many other online jobs are as simple as the one they are participating in on this forum.

But no, they are very different. And you were wrong from the start when you compared becoming a investor or self-proclaimed financial expert to a real profession. As you can see, there are thousands of financial experts on this forum, and most of them get their knowledge from the internet, not just you. But can you find someone who can become a chef or a barber and support themselves financially just by learning online?

With business, there are indeed people who have succeeded in building their business from small to big, in my neighborhood there is a woman who started a clothing business with only a few clothes that she bought and resold but over time until now she can have her own shop, it's clear evidence for me that a small business can have a chance to become big if we can manage it well. Agree, based on my 10 years old daughter's business, consistency is the most important thing when start business. Newly entrepreneur usually bored and weary waiting an order from customer and they give up immediately. My daughter start her own business selling japanese snack (mochi) with small capital (usd 9 only) and use all cooking equipment available in the kitchen. She start selling at her school and everyday she produce, sometimes sold out and mostly have left over mochi. Everytime she face any difficulties, she always try to find solution to avoid any ;ost like selling cheaper at the end of the day or to make her product can be preserves. After 1,5 years, she has saving almost 3 digits from her small business and has 3 employees help her washing cooking equipment and shopkeeper.

After she has enough saving, she takes many online course to make all her product upgrade, and everyday many compliment come from new and loyal customer. She always say that she is ok to lose energy and time as long as not losing money, because as kids she has many spare time and enery, it is free. but if she lose money she doesn't have it and must ask her parents.

My suggestion fo everyone who start business. Especially small personal business, capital not only money, the most important thing  time, consistency, willingness to be tired & willing to learn from mistake. Do not think about cool business idea just think business idea that needed around your small circle. Skill and mentality must be prepared newly small entrepeneur is focus on process not big result, mockery resistant, critism resistant and be mantained compare. Just try to keep your consistency for one years, even maybe your business not growing bigger at least as new entrepreneur you will have strong charater like discipline, resilience, honesty, and responsibility.

Starting a business with huge capital is often financially and mentally stressful. Many people believe that investing a large amount of money guarantees success and high profits, but this is a wrong approach. In reality big investment also brings big risk. It is better way to start business on small scale with low capital .By this you have chance of learning from mistakes with out bearing heavy loss. After getting experience you can grow business . But in my opinion، one should take business literacy before involving or starting business . because it helps in making good decision that maximized the profit.Starting small scale business with continous learning is tye safest path towards success.

I think that a business can also be everything but as long as it earns us a money, therefore as long as we have a decent skill, then it should enough already to earn us a starting money if we don't have any.

And then once we now have a capital, this is where we can level things up in order to maximize our potential earnings too. Hard work mentality, only makes us to work hard but there should be other important mentalities too that we need, like a patient mentality and then a mentality that is immune to emotions. It is good to have a positive mindset but we must only be ready for the worst, so that it doesn't shock us and we can still keep on going.

OP is actually making a lot of sense, we live in a digital age and there are many skills you can learn even on your own without spending a dime and still make a living from it. Investment is good but it is also important to invest in yourself and upgrade with skills and also I would like to say that there are actually some successful people that started out with big capital but it took them wisdom and good management skills to stay successful and also there are people that started with little  capital or just skills to be successful but it took them consistency and patience to be successful.
