Over the years gambling has been one of the best way of cooling off your head when having a  stressful day maybe  in the office or at home, and also it has plays a significant role in the society when it comes to entertainment purpose and stuff like that but lately people's complains and their various remark about gambling is not as good as expected compare to how gamble has been so helpful lately in term of easing off our stress.

So i have been thinking what really happened , is it that gamble is no longer fun anymore or some greedy folks that wanted to use gambling as their source of income and when things didn't go as planned they start giving negative narrative about gambling, what's your thoughts on this?

Because people no longer play to relax their minds and enjoy themselves while playing, but rather to target victory. If he registers at a casino as a newcomer, he may win enough to make more than one withdrawal, which will psychologically encourage him to continue targeting victory. If they start losing continuously, they will become emotional and keep playing with the mindset that has been formed to be able to make withdrawals.

For me, gambling is still an enjoyable activity with the thrill I get every time I play. Losing is a certainty, but the thrill is something that people who don't enjoy the game don't get.

Yea you are right, majority of the players that got involved in the game are all in for the gain and the profits nothing more,  and that's very wrong for having such as target before gambling. People only share the negative things that they've experienced about gambling, and that created a stigma around gambling where whenever they talk about gambling, it's the negative things only that they're sharing and because of that, they look at gambling as something negative already.

I don't think that people aren't saying good things about gambling nowadays. It's just that, if there's something positive that happened to them that's related to gambling, they choose to just keep it to themselves. For example, a gambler won huge amount of money. Instead of sharing it to other people that he won, he will just keep it to himself because there's a chance that his security might get affected and worse, there might be some criminals that will try and kidnap him. Not saying that this happens all the time, but it happens.

Gambling still is fun to play, and for me, it's a source of ENTERTAINMENT, not a source of income. Unfortunately, some gamblers look it as a way to make money and when they lose, they'll share it to other people, and that will be the one that will spread hence, the negative things that you're hearing when it comes to gambling.

I agree that gambling is one of the entertainment that is done for some people, but to calm the mind in my opinion it is not appropriate let alone reduce stress, although there is a possibility of being right but very small chances.

Why gambling is no longer fun depends on the perspective of each person who does it. And the reason why there are more unpleasant stories is because more people experience disappointing defeats than those who experience victories.

I don't think it's changed; for many, gambling is still fun, and greedy people have always existed. The problem is that not everyone admits their own mistakes and blames others for their errors. In the case of unlucky gamblers, casinos have become the villains. You're right because there are gamblers that are still enjoying the fun like before so gambling didn't changed, rather people are just making things difficult by themselves without remembering the game is program in such a way that you can not afford to beat the casino.

I think there's changes of sentiment happen due to lots of social media influencers doing wrong marketing for the casino they are promoting. Lots of them blatantly tell lies and said that its easy to win on the casino they are mentioning and worst they can get rich easily if they play with them.

This is maybe the reason why we heard those kind of statement and think that is not really good to them. If people just have critical thinking and try not to became easy target by those fake influencer maybe their sentiment might chance and will look or approach gambling more carefully and enjoy the games what they played instead of try to chase some profits.

There could be several reasons but the most significant at the moment is how gambling is advertised. I use adblockers everywhere but when I get a chance to look at my parents social media or phone, its bombarded with gambling ads that are unethical and sometimes lies. They are promoted as games where you earn money while completely ignoring the risks and the fact that you could lose. Another form of advertisement are influencers whose target audience are kids as well.
With these ads, there's a large rise in traffic in gambling sites but most of the users don't understand the basics of how gambling works and ends up losing all they have. This expectation of getting free money but instead losing what they have would produce those negative reactions.

It is only those who are gambling to make money who might talk negatively about it. Take me, for example if I were to describe gambling, I would describe it negatively because of my past experience. I had a very bad experience with gambling when I thought it could make me rich. Yes, there's always that bad and the good side but actually it is just that too impossible that you cant be able to determine whether you are already doing it too much or simply you are just that still on the good side. This isnt just that only limited on gambling alone but also in other things as well on which you would be needing up to assess whether you are still that going good or not.
