House assembly members to impeach sim

A very serious issues is currently going on the house of assembly about the case of sim ,can it be possible for APC to impeach APC ,I don't still understand why Nigeria law makers are doing this kind of law against their own self and citizens.
Can this judgement against sim impeachment hold?

The law makers are  becoming selfish with what they want, this is a governor that is on the same party with you, why want to impeach him, everybody in the country knows who script the lawmakers are playing, and I believe they are doing this so that the president might call for another round of agreement again, which I believe this time around the president will not listen to them, besides they need the chief judge of the state to sigh their impeachment notice before the panel can be set, and the chief judge is on the side of the governor this time around.

It is just very bad that our political system in the country is becoming a mockery if not tell me why the law makers would want to impeach a governor that is in same party with them? What has the governor violated in the constitution that will warrant an impeachment from the law makers because i haven't really seen any misconduct by the governor. Anyways, Fubara have federal backings now unlike before when he didn't have any power even as the State governor so i believe that the impeachment will not work.

I'm surprised because impeachment usually comes from the party that's in competition with there own party but impeachment against a governor who shares the same party with you is a sign of no unity in the party because a party member could be against you instead of supporting what you stand for, if they succeed with there plans against Rivers State governor he and some party members might leave APC to another one because from the first place power and immunity was why he go for APC but the same people is against him now, he has been having one issues to another issues on his leadership.

Wike has been the one coursing all this issues in rivers state , currently I had he went back to PDP and he was rejected I don't really know the problem this man want to course to him self,can you imagine only one person bringing serious issue in a state,but I strongly believe that he will not succeed this his evil plans ,this fubara has people now , unlike before where he has only wike as his lord now the fight between wike and sim will be draw ,what am saying is let the president call them in other to make sure this matter doesn't exceed like this

Because I haven't seen this kind of dispute before same party with strong division,I think this will course damage in time to come ,the president should act fast on this if not their will be serious problem in local communities, secret cuts has been drastically reduce in my area but with all this things happening they will start getting them back soon ,the better ways is to settle this on time

One thing about the issues happening in any state is the president doesn't act fast till people start dieing that's when he will come and settle this ,I think now is the right time to settle this before it gets out of hand.

I heard that it was because he didn't pass the budget to his house of reps instead he approved it himself. If that was the real thing, then there is a reason for questioning and investigation not impeachment. Fubara has been having issues with his State cabinet for a long time now,  it seems his cabinets are followers of wike. And we know that wike and fubara still have some ongoing tension between them. With the state at which River is now I don't think fubara might get a second term. This people are ready for him to fall , so they will be very prepared for the next election.

The reason why the Martin Amaewhule led house assembly initiated a fresh impeachment process against Governor Fubara was due to misappropriation of Rivers funds and misconduct in office. There is no smoke without a fire I believe the Rivers state house of assembly didn't just decide that they want to impeach the Governor, they may have been instigated by the FCT minister Wike. Governor Fubara played smart politics against Wike by defecting into the APC without his knowledge and he  has being parading himself as the party leader of the state. An l impeached notice would be sent to the governor before he is impeached from office. SIM Fubara could be impeached this time around as two thirds of the house members are loyal to the FCT minister. I hope sim fubara is ready to face the consequences for challenging the FCT Minister,his former boss.

The assembly members are just acting as puppet, infact none of them is supposed to be in that house because they don't care about the welfare of the state. If Governor Fubara is impeached from office, Rivers people will experience tremendous infrastructural developments and job opportunities. If the Governor isn't guilty of embezzlement,why has he refuse to honour EFCC invitations?   You're missing the point here, if you have been following up with Rivers State crisis you will agree with me both the FCT minister Wike and Sim are chasing their personal interest and not for the interest of the state. Rivers State people had suffered so long with our numerous resources and internal revenue yet we are backward compared to Lagos.

Sim  was wike's accountant general when Wike was the Governor, sim did all the dirty transactions for wike in his 8 years as Governor, that's why the Efcc place him on wanted list to account for all the transactions he did as accountant general, wike protested against his arrest and refused sim to Honor the Efcc invitation,  the Effc mater was before he became the Governor and wike in his wisdom gave sim the Governor so that Efcc club not probe him. If sim is guilty, wike too will end in prison.

The Rivers State house of Assembly are working on Wike's orders they're not doing it for the interest of the state, they just want to frustrate sim administration for their master wike. Even if sim is removed no development will come, wike and his gang will share the money among themselves.  Know this and know peace. The president will not even allow this impeachment process to hold , because he has already known that all this is coming from wike the wicked politician will have in river state,about this invitation of efcc is be long they invite him but I think the matter hasn't close yet but this particular crisis efcc don't have hand in it , according to the current news I had they said the house of assembly recently invoked section 188 of the 1999 constitution , accusing the governor and his deputy of gross misconduct in the society.

I don't believe that the issue of this impeachment against Governor Sim will stand. Firstly I don't understand the ground of the impeachment,  so that alone will not let it work and also Governor Sim is now a member of the APC and I don't think the APC chieftain or President Tinibu will allow this to happen.
I don't want anyone to get me wrong, impeachment is a legal thing in a democratic system of government,  but the ground for the impeachment is not making sense to me, because the Governor already submitted yo the house of assembly and it was approved and when the so called Wike lead assembly asked him to resubmit it, he came and he was not allowed into the house of assembly,  so I don't understand why you want to impeachment him for that. So in my opinion I am very sure this will not work.
