Coingecko has an article about this, which was updated just yesterday.
The popular ones mentioned are Bybit, Coinbase, Bitget, and even Metamask (which is actually news to me).
I've tried Crypto.com before, but they got banned here in the Philippines before I could even try their debit card.  Cheesy

You can find some on this list, Crypto Debit Cards without KYC is in the first to 3rd place.
Or visit the CryptoCardsList.com site directly for a more refined sorting and want to use the comparison feature.

Ah! My bad, didn't notice the big bold text on the thread title.  Cheesy
In that case, noorman0's answer is the place to visit then.
On that list, the top 3 (PST Ultima, SolCard, & PayWithUs) are the only ones with no KYC feature, and among those 3, SolCard seems to be the only one that has Google Pay.
It has a $0 monthly fee, but with a 2% fee for Non-USD purchases, 5% top up fee, and probably only accepts Solana (you can just convert/exchange your BTC to SOL).
The monthly limit is $10,000. Go above that, and a KYC procedure will be required.

I don't think that you'll ever get a crypto debit card that won't require you any kyc at all. Most of these crypto debit cards come from the centralized exchanges and when we hear about that, they're the the ones that asks for it. And that's why it's unlikely that you'll get what you're looking for but if there's one that you ever found, inform us as well because if there's one in existence we'd use that for sure if it doesn't require kyc.

There are such virtual cards, but the thing is that their fees are not very favorable and they do not work in all countries. Recently, one appeared that is NO-KYC, reloadable and has very favorable fees - but an annual fee must be paid. Of course, there are also topics that list all the cards, you just have to search and read.

That's interesting if there are some that exists but that's what we have to pay if we chose privacy over kyc. The fees are there and I think that the difference is just little when the chosen one is the kyc verified debit card. It will be interesting if these providers will be able to give that option to waive the annual fee. Because that's what usually the takers are concerned with even with the fees are not that friendly. It can still be improved and hopefully these companies will be able to provide the best kind of these cards with all favorable features to the users.

I will always choose privacy at the cost of higher fees than giving my information to anyone. Most of those who require KYC are not capable of protecting that data, and who knows what those who are less well-known do with it. The market for forged documents must have been booming since cryptocurrencies became popular.

I guess that the majority of them can't really protect the privacy of the data that's being taken by them through compliance of the users. And that's why if there will be those real debit cards that have promise to do it with 100% anonymity, that will be the deal breaker for those who are looking for it. But we'll never know on how they'll also check each detail of the data that's being verified by them, but it's for them to know.

I wouldn't trust a provider with no KYC procedure, because it's like "hey, we're not compliant and we do not obey the law". It is big red flag since they might as well protect your funds well.

I’m not sure if truly No-KYC crypto cards even exist anymore, and even if they do, they rarely work worldwide. I couldn't even set up the MetaMask card because of their geo-restrictions. As for Coinbase, I didn't even bother—I’ve had a bad experience with them locking my account before, and the last thing I need is a frozen card.

Right now, the best option for me in terms of fees and accessibility is the Cryptomus virtual card.

It says on the page that * Subject to AML and regulatory requirements.

In their FAQ, it is written that KYC is not required for virtual cards, while KYC is required for physical cards. What this note aims at is probably the fact that cryptocurrencies used for top-up cards will be subject to AML checks and regulatory requirements of individual countries.

I haven't come across a no-KYC crypto debit card in recent times. Most required KYC but were not so strict, and the fees were a bit friendly. I think when you get a no-KYC crypto debit card service, expect some high fees. So you have to choose between KYC and very high fees. I don't think there is an in-between.

Usually, the crypto card charges high, and its conversion rates are also on the higher side. Also, when you combine it with a non-KYC service, you are being charged even higher. This is because the service provider knows that he is providing a KYC free debit card and that isn't easy to find.
Another drawback for those cards is that they are of less span and usually get blocked too. Also, there are some limits of usage.

I usually use the Redotpay card, but it requires KYC. The fee is also acceptable, but it's only for those who are willing to do KYC.
