I am not surprised by you didn't receive any registration through bitcointalk channel, but surprised how this confused you. Your list of restricted countries is a warning for everybody not to join this casino, especially there are other alternatives, including users from unrestricted countries which are very few. Running promotional campaigns would help you get more exposure, but with this list of restricted countries, I doubt you will get the expected traffic.

Look at the list of the restricted countires. It seems that you have put every country in the restricted list and hoping that people will make an account on your site 

There are many signature campaign for the gambling casino running successfully. They are here because they gain enough traffic from this forum. The probelm is at your end that you have put too countries under the blocked list. Remove these restrcitions and you will also get signups / traffic through this forum.

There are quite a few countries that are not allowed to make deposits because they are on the list of prohibited countries, and I decided not to create an account at this casino because I am from one of the prohibited countries, namely Indonesia. Listing—creating an ANN thread— doesn't necessarily mean you'll get registrations though. One, it's a highly competitive industry and gamba platforms offer more or less the same thing, thus you gotta try to stand out among the crowd. Before anything else though, you must have a polished usable product. As mentioned by other members, the large amount of restricted countries effectively diminishes your pool of potential players.

Two, dynamics on bitcointalk is different from mainstream platforms, but can be pretty lucrative. Otherwise, why would all these gambling platforms spend thousands of dollars per month here? including the top dogs who have been in it for years.

If these are the only unrestricted countries, then I think your restricted countries list is longer than the unrestricted countries. I am just curious why it's too long. Even for me, I can't browse your sites, hence I am unable to read your terms. I know I can use a VPN to browse your sites; right now it seems my VPN isn't working. I think you complicated things or you are missing something. If someone is not in one of the restricted countries, why should he think to use a VPN at first place? OP seems really not to be conscious about what he is saying which rised suspicions about him not from the casino team to explain the restriction.
Overall, it's never advisable to use what's called VPN friendly casinos because this wouldn't fit with the KYC/AML policies, and if it's a No KYC casino there would be no reason to use a VPN.

It's not using VPN at first place like account registration but after that. Like you can use VPN with IP addresses to your nation, but the difference is you want to hide your real IP address. It's not to bypass any restriction from any website as at the first place, you are able to register your account with real IP address already.

However in practice, is it matter to protect your privacy?

I'm also skeptical about that clause that players from restricted countries can use VPN, that gives the casino a soft landing when they decide to go rogue. We know that there is always a hidden KYC statement even in casinos that promise no KYC perhaps in the advent of big winning or they suspect unethical practices. How will they reconcile such situation, like when a user is forced to undergo KYC and that user happens to come from a restricted country and have been using VPN to access the platform? In that case, most of the gamblers will not be able to play there as they are in the restricted country list. Even my country isn't allowed to gamble. They can still be 'VPN friendly' if they allow folks from their supported countries to use it—with real money gambling. Though I'm unsure if they actually allow it? It appears Luckyvibe and Bitinity was talking about in the context of prohibited countries earlier so I'm not quite sure either.

This is typically the case with VPN friendly casinos. You can use it if your country is supported, but not when it is one of the prohibited jurisdiction of the casino, because that would be breaching their terms of service.
