Bitcoin investment isn't something you should rush into. Even though time is important, investors should first have a basic understanding of what they're getting into. By research, I don't mean mastering every technical aspect of Bitcoin before buying. I mean understanding the fundamentals—knowing that Bitcoin is a volatile asset, learning about the risks involved, and being aware of both the positive and negative experiences of other investors.
My point is that even with this basic knowledge and enough discretionary income, some people still panic and sell because they weren't psychologically prepared for market volatility. That's why emotional discipline is just as important as financial knowledge. Understanding that investing involves risk and proper risk management is what helps investors stay committed during difficult market conditions.
You've made some good points but you don't need to know about other people experience before you can start buying bitcoin, if you are looking for experience then get yours by starting your own journey, people talk about emotional discipline a lot and while I support that it's something every bitcoin investor should have I would also argue that actually starting to buy bitcoin using a tolerable amount of your discretionary income and then experiencing these ups and downs of bitcoin is the way to go in finding out how disciplined you are and how likely you are to keep buying and to keep holding even when the market looks unfriendly.

I was just wondering what one need experience for in bitcoin investment, is bitcoin investment a work where employers are looking for a skilled  or experienceed personal? there is no need for experience in bitcoin investment, what someone need is the basic knowledge on how they can open or create a wallet, deposit, buy and also learn how to secure their wallet because once someone gets your seed phrase everything in that wallet will be wipe out and lastly, someone need to have the long term goal because bitcoin isn't an asset you can buy today and be expecting profit the next day.
I think you've misunderstood the point being made. No one said Bitcoin investing is like a job where only experienced people can participate. The point was simply that you don't need to rely on other people's experiences before you start investing. As quoted by ZeroVinsonN: "You don't need to know about other people's experience before you can start buying Bitcoin. If you're looking for experience, then get yours by starting your own journey."
What this means is that while learning from others is helpful, it can never replace your own experience. The real test of your emotional discipline comes when you experience Bitcoin's volatility yourself. That's when you discover whether you can stick to your investment plan instead of making emotional decisions.
I also think your definition of the basic knowledge required before investing is not accurately it. Knowing how to create a wallet, buy Bitcoin, and secure your seed phrase is important, but that's not really what we mean in this contex, when we say basic knowledge we mean
● Understanding what Bitcoin is and why it was created.
● Knowing that Bitcoin is highly volatile and being mentally prepared for price swings.
● Investing only discretionary funds that you can afford to leave untouched for years.
● Having a clear investment strategy, such as DCA, instead of chasing short-term price movements.
● Having a long-term investment horizon rather than expecting quick profits.
● Understanding basic risk management and avoiding emotional decisions driven by fear or greed.

What you have pointed out doesn't really fall into the category of basic knowledge, a newbie who wants to start investing in bitcoin doesn't need to know about securing their asset behind a seed phrase before they can start buying bitcoin even though it would be a plus for an investor, it is not a criteria for being able to start investing and neither is experience needed before we start as well, but the moment you start buying bitcoin and you hold through price changes you are already building your own experience so even though you didn't need it to start it will definitely be a part of your journey.
I think you brought up a really important point that most beginners would miss. Investing in Bitcoin doesn't mean you need to be a pro in everything related to technical aspects like seed-phrases and other important security measures right from the get-go. Of course, there are important concepts for long-term security, but we shouldn't have to know everything before getting started. We need to jump in.

Once a person begins buying, experiencing the markets, ups and downs, the practical knowledge of trading comes naturally. This practical experience alone teaches a lot compared to mere theory. With experience, a person will naturally seek to understand how they can safely secure their investments as part of their investing behavior and growth. Therefore, no prior expertise nor deep knowledge is needed in order to begin.

I might have responded to a similar discussion in another thread but I have to clear the impression of knowing it all before investing cause what some folks see as basic knowledge might be too tough for some to comprehend and keep them waiting to know it instead of buying Bitcoin with their discretionary funds.

What investors need to start buying is their discretionary funds, maybe other knowledge can fall in line later. The knowledge of Bitcoin investment is broad so instead of investors to spend time learning new stuffs, such attention should be channeled into buying then the investor would gradually understand it better as time goes.

Very good point, but do you really think it's smart(investment wise) to get all of this fully sorted out before folks can kickstart their accumulation journey...It could actually take quite some time to get all this sorted out, and for some folks, it could probably take a month or two, while for others probably a year, since various folks have different level of learning...But then, if  you plan is to invest for long term duration, then that makes it even more easier to invest as long as you have your Discretionary income and then learn as you go.. As for learning as you go that seems to be the best decision coz just as you are learning, you are as well experiencing physically what you are learning... For example, like in the case of volatility, what best way to understand Bitcoin volatility if not by experience?...And while learning if need be, you can make the necessary adjustments while still in the process of investing...
