you can upload to talkimg, it's an image hosting service similar to ibb or imgur, but it's made by prominent member of the forum and used widely by the forum. I've got what I need, though. I'll reach my contact and try to sort this out on Monday.

Where you trying to send fake document?
Most times what easily triggers the rejection is as results of sending fake document,
or the document you are sending may have seems to be expired which they wouldn't approved you for any reason, you must send current document that has never expired and again, you need to also use clear camera that has a good picture quality for the site to be able to pick your documents.
