Offline arrangement in most cases, I am From a country where cryptocurrency is quite popular but on the underground level, we have huge cryptocurrency transactions but that is majorly among the youths and not the elderly and government over here is left behind in terms of Bitcoin regulations, so for that most Bitcoin transaction is done p2p based on mutual arrangements, we even have some car shops that accept Bitcoin, although not official but alternative, they pay workers willing to take their salaries in BTC. Even here in the forum you can get paid with Bitcoin, but that will be for service and not long term salaries though.

There were some crypto casino companies that looks for workers who could enroll for customer support personnel, some of these companies pay in Bitcoin or other crypto. Most of these casino companies are shown on the forum, if you check on their career section, you'll get notified about the kind of job available.

Also, what makes users earn in Bitcoin as salary is doing some technical roles in some crypto companies, these roles are UI/UX developer, full stack blockchain developer, etc. Learning these skills too may enable him get the opportunity for earning Bitcoin from a crypto company.

The companies that I have head they pay their employees in Bitcoin or any other crypto of their choice includes Deel, OpenWeb and Kraken, I have not worked with them but research shows that their employees are given option to choice on how they want to receive salary. There are such cases, especially if someone is working in crypto industry space.
I remember several stories about companies and sport clubs that asked people who work for them if they want to receive part of the paycheck in bitcoin.
There are also freelancers that accept payments in bitcoin for their services of designers, developers, writers, etc.

That is the reason why I stated clearly that some companies who are willing to hire for a service and not salaries, signature campaign no matter how long it last can not be classified as salaries, since there is no formal settings and can end at anytime, I never mentioned signature because it doesn't fit into what the ops is looking for as salaries in Bitcoin.

It's true that there are few signature campaigns that last more than two years and I also participated in some of the campaigns. It's not just signature campaigns that pay salary in bitcoin and what you quoted about not being long term salary. In that case, it's better to have more than one source of salary in bitcoin like running a service like creating something like signature codes and other services depends on the person's skills.

If you search on Google there are several companies that pay their employees with bitcoin, they usually use crypto payroll providers like Bitwage.
But if you want to see a direct example, you can look at the signature campaign on this forum, on average participants get their payments directly in their bitcoin wallet when they are eligible to receive payment according to the campaign terms.

Yes, there are companies that pay their workers with bitcoin however, the companies that usually do this are companies that their workers work from home they just use your phones or laptop to work and they get paid and to make it more easier. They usually use bitcoin especially when the workers are in different countries. They use bitcoin to make it more easier and faster and this is one of the benefits of bitcoin, making transaction more easier, and faster for people around the worl.

Incase you were interested in searching for a freelance job online, a platform like laborX pays in BTC, but you should test do your research on the best platform to use to receive your payments and how to effectively send it to a secure hardware wallet for savings. I think if you are curious about how someone or a Bitcoin job pays in Bitcoin, it depends on where you work. Yeah, alot of companies do offer payment in crypto especially Bitcoin in the freelance job space. I have done some email management job during my early days trying out that on upwork that I was paid in Bitcoin but I just couldn't keep up with the field as most of the time the jobs are contract job and before you get to land another deal something it takes long. And also that's a good advice to work and earn fiat and then yourself you can the Bitcoin.
