I believe the casino's support system is one of the reasons why people will stick to one casino and ignore others. But I don't think its really necessary to have a customer's support available 24/7, as choosing a reliable casino does not only matter on that alone but the credibility of the casino that has built for years is more important.

However, I wouldn't deny that could be additional plus points, but people will understand also that casinos are not emergency hospitals to serve 24/7, but just a source of entertainment trying to attract different gamblers from different areas to maximize the gambling casino's income as far as they could.

I’ve been thinking about how important customer support really is when gambling online.
Some casinos don’t offer 24/7 live support, only limited hours or email-based help. Would you still trust and gamble on a casino like that, even if it has a good reputation?

Based on your experience, what kind of issues did you encounter with casinos that don’t have active online support, especially during KYC or withdrawals?
In this day and age, I don't think there is a casino that doesn't have 24/7 hour live support. Even if a brand new casino is launched, people are kept there for support, even if they work four shifts, because the better the support system of a casino, the better their reputation is, and that's good for them.
However, if it turns out that there is a casino that does not have a 24/7 hour support system, then I will not gamble there because when I visit a new casino, I usually go to their support system and get a brief overview of the casino's detailed TOS conditions.

It is a fast moving business and people are very impatient and easily frustrated when they don’t get the help they need fast. In fact, having a 24/7 support is a competitive advantage that casinos can use in attracting new customers. Do you know what’s worse than not having 24/7 support, it is having a chatbot do the job for you as a casino. Chatbots support are so limited in their operations and if the conversation that is unresolved doesn’t end with it transferring the customer to a live support then it has lost its essence.

I've used freebitco.in services for several years, despite it not having a 24/7 support. It has never been an issue for me, because reputation is what really matters. However, reputation didn't last on the case of that platform, as it has been going rogue since 2024, but that is another story.

Of course it's a big plus to have real time support, especially nowadays that every details matter in order to make a platform stands out among its competitors. Live chat has become a main feature for online casinos because it is a direct line of communication between players and casino representatives, whether to solve problems or just want to ask questions. Imagining a casino without this feature means that the casino is missing one of the most important features on their platform.

Don't know about other users, but I think if a casino doesn't have this feature, then I will look for a casino that does. This is not a complicated feature, if a casino provides services online, then it is only natural that they provide this feature, that means they serve players professionally and responsibly.

Customer service is one of the important thing that casino deserves to keep active..but some casinos neglect the fact of keeping their customers support functional.

How can i trust a casino platform the customer support is not active...Any casino platforms the live support is not active as it suppose, i will not gamble with them for the second time, because that's evidence to notify you in time that if you win big amount of fund in their platform, they can decide to embezzle or release your funds..And still refuse to respond to you through live chat

I have encountered the issue of not grants me acces to make withdrawal in casino, after I have done my KYC, but after I chatted them, they review that my casino wasn't complete and they withheld my funds till date...I seems such stealing by tricks.

If I know from the beginning that such casino will not allow live chat support, I'll never gamble on the platform. If I am also aware that the platform does allow support through the mail only and doesn't allow live chat with support, I'll be careful how I gamble on the platform because sending mail to mail with casino support hasn't been faster. What matters most is the speed to solving the problems of the any users.

I just kind of have a withdrawal issues that took time to resolve but they later did, but it took some time though. I don't have problem with them if they can still attend to me whenever they feel it's right. The only problem I will have is that they don't want to attend to me at all. And morover I don't gamble in site without reputation. Those with reputation hardly disappoint, they might be slow due to the high level of customer they have but I a not borderd provided they will still do the needful when they have free time to do so.

Being able to communicate with the customer service of any platform at all and not just casinos have always made it easier for me to trust them, it's like the feeling that if something goes wrong you can immediately talk to them about it and it makes you feel safe using their services but if they didn't provide this types of service then it makes trusting them a little difficult but not non existent, reputation still plays an important role in these kinds of things.

For me lack of 24/7 is also a red flag. If I would have problem with casino that involved money and there is no immediate help, I would start thinking about being scammed. We are used to receiving good service and immediately, that lack of those two makes people worry and quit.

I dont think hiring team of 3-4 people that work in shifts is costly. If casino dont have funds to hire support, then I have questions to such casino and doubts that withdrawals will be smooth.

This is really a red flag since how they can't afford to have 24/7 live support especially if they are dealing financial deals with people online. They cannot be called as reputable if they cannot provide immediate support to their players.

So if they are really up for getting good reputation reputation and try to build good relationship with their community they must provide reliable and fast assistance to those people encounter problems with them.

That KYC delays when it comes on withdrawal is causing lots of stress to people and if they are slow answering either in their support channels or even in email for sure everything will get worse. What's really bad is some casinos rely on AI and this adds additional stress to people especially if they didn't get those accurate answer and also solutions with the issue they are facing.

 Hard to say the casino is really reputable if they cause lots of problems to their players.

My experience was not actually about KYC but it was a withdrawal issue, first time of using the casino and deposit was fast but after winning my bets, I tried to withdraw but I was delayed for hours, I tried contacting support but they were not active and I was battling with this issue until I resolved it myself and even after then, the casino support never responded to my complaint via the channel they provided. That was the reason I decided not to use the casino again and I won't use any casino like that.
