If your economy runs on dollars and your security is dependent on US naval routes then choosing Washington isn't really a choice. It's merely continuing as already laid out by others. Same with BRI debt traps in the opposite direction.

Well, Putin is Trump's "buddy". So we should expect healthy relations between the US and Russia during the remainder of Trump's term. Rest assured, that independence from the US will happen one way or another. Countries are already moving away from the USD. Of course, the USD is still king. But its influence is slowly diminishing each day.

Consider the economic situation of Russia due to its invasion of Ukraine a temporary one. It will rise again because of its allies' support. I'm not ready to say how close they are as friends, but judging by the chain of Epstein - Ghislaine Maxwell - Robert Maxwell - the Kremlin, it could have been a perfectly played “honey trap” that gathered pedophiles and other deviants from around the world among prominent figures and collected compromising information on them. I've seen this, they continue to innovate in the tech industry. It might not be noticeable for some reasons because they're not seen by the world. But they're starting to become advance in always every technology. That's right. China is sophisticated capable of dominating the world without showcasing its military, even though its military is currently quite strong and China is now the third largest country in terms of military might after the US and Russia.

Once again China's method of dominating the world is crucial soft diplomacy. Chinese presidents consistently provide economic assistance to countries in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Leaders who cooperate with China seem happier with China because the benefits are tangible. Unlike the US which pretends to be controlling but doesn't provide any tangible benefits.

Profit is more important than ideology. This is evident when Chinese presidents visit countries willing to cooperate in investment. They are welcomed because, for China, differences in religion and ideology don't matter, as long as they progress together. For example, the African continent is already under China's control. I can see your fear but what I say is the truth. I know about China relations with Philippines, India and latest Taiwan which was originally part of China. These nations pose a natural threat to China because they are having border with China, but is aligning wirth other world powers like the United States of America. China has built a system that works, which is why we are commending them today. I can only commend the leadership and the current system of government. As I always say, the major problem of many impoverished countries, despite their potential and natural resources, is democracy. The democracy that is not refined and fully actualised will be abused. You see what is happening in Africa in the name of democracy? Still, good leadership is key no matter the system you adopt, but democracy will make corruption and the bad actors fight back when the leadership is wrong and the system is not working.

This happens often in Nigeria, which emboldens the bad people since they can use court to get away with their crimes. Even the judiciary is bought. But in China's system of government, which empowers executive more, one good leadership is enough to make impacts in the country and world's space. So, I am not surprised about China. Even their population has been used as a blessing, instead of how some countries view population as a curse. All because the system works.

Speaking of education, it's hard to argue with that, but we need to look at the bigger picture.
The “policy of reform and openness” initiated by Deng Xiaoping not only brought investment and technology to the country, but also created a demand for specialists, engineers, etc. This led to a huge influx of students who were sent to study at the world's best educational institutions. The confrontation that Xi Jinping started against the West has backfired: now Western universities are restricting the education of Chinese citizens, and some specialties are simply not allowed. But at the same time, China is still dependent on Western technology and knowledge, which China itself cannot generate...
