Please note that 6 5 participants did not take part in this round.
In addition to the two dropouts, three other people will be marked as “Missing in action” (Ambatman, memehunter, and philipma1957) at the end of this round.
Also note that two did not follow the rule on block numbers (max 935 950), but I will close my eyes (I didn't pay attention).
I will update this table as the block numbers come in.

Note that it is highly likely that there will be several winners.

Uh, I somehow remembered that Tuesday is the final day. If it's not too late, here is mine.

OK... It's still early in the game. But I will be less tolerant later on.

How does the Malus work? I would have expected a penalty, but the Min/Max changes as if it's a Bonus.

OK, to be more precise, I will use this example instead :

Name      Prediction      Block      B/M      Min      Max
   Becassine      69 438,67      935855      0,25      69 265,07      69 612,27
   Pmalek         69 318,00      935856      -0,50      68 971,41      69 664,59

If, for this round, the price of Bitcoin is 69 500$, you are going to tell me that both have won ?
No, because :

A brief explanation of bonus/malus :

For example, if you have a 3% bonus, you predict that the price of BTC will be 100 000$.
If the price at the end of the round is 110 000, your final prediction will be 100,000$ + 3% = 103 000$.
If the price at the end of the round is 90 000, your final prediction will be 100 000$ - 3% = 97 000$.
If the price at the end of the round is 101 000, your final prediction will be 101 000$.

The same rule applies to malus. Your final prediction will be X% away from the price reached by BTC at the end of the round.

And in this specific example, the price chosen for Becassine will be 69 500$. She is sure to win the round. If the price of Bitcoin had been 70 000$, the price chosen for Becassine would have been 69 612.27$.
For Pmalek, the price will be 68 971.41$. The price furthest from the price of Bitcoin.

Min/max (prediction) is just for me. On the day of the results, there will be another column, “Final Prediction” (which depends on Min/max), to simplify the results.

When will the time come when we can use our bonus/malus against the other participants?
Or will that time not come? It's because in addition to what you said,
I also thought that there would come a time when we could also use it against
the other participants, did I get that part wrong?

How does the cash shop work ?
In addition to the lifes you can gain or lose, you can earn virtual money that can be used to buy bonus/malus in the cash shop (see below).
Once you have enough money to buy a bonus/malus, simply mention it in a post and the effect will be applied immediately. The money is, of course, deducted from your virtual cash balance.

The time will come when you will have BTC to spend in the cash shop. But this round, TGM might break its piggy bank Smiley.
You can do whatever you want with yourBTC.

Edit
All bonus/malus have been assigned.
You could have told me that the hash was in hexadecimal (0 -> F)...

...

..so okay, I didn't get it wrong...
in the case, for example, 'LogitechMouse' could have used the 50BTC against
a close prediction, to ensure the prediction made
to have a better chance of getting it right....
or accumulate more to buy a life...or hold,
..in case something suddenly appears in which we can also use our virtual cash

    Ok, thank you.

* ... it seems, the surprises increase with each round....
 in the first, only prediction,
in the second round, prediction + block number....
then,... Logically, more surprises are to come...

You had the opportunity to rob me, but you didn't. I can't stop you from being bad predictors. There has to be a winner, and that winner is you : TryNinja. You will be pleasantly surprised to see 50BTC in your account.
Sorry Mr. Magkaisa, I advise you to destroy the '7' key on your keyboard. You lose one life.

For the round 3… Errr wait, do you smell that ?? What is that smell ??
Aaaaah yes, it’s the smell of love. Saturday is Valentine’s Day. Even here, you won’t escape it. I feel like spreading love.
I know that in 2026 consent is important, but not in this game. You must "love" someone !
Be careful, love is like marriage, it's for better or for worse. I won’t say more.

Round 3 : The round of love

What will be the price of Bitcoin at February 17, 2026, 12:00:00 AM (BTC closing price on 16/02/2026)?
Submit your predictions before February 15, 2026, 12:00:00 AM

Cash shop: OPEN

Special rules :
In addition to Bitcoin’s price, you must choose your “Valentine” among the participants still in the game.
If you don’t choose your Valentine, your prediction will not be valid.
A person can be chosen by several people.

* ... it seems, the surprises increase with each round....
 in the first, only prediction,
in the second round, prediction + block number....
then,... Logically, more surprises are to come...

We can say that for this round, these are the first interactions between players.
