Well, maybe add also the acquisitions from the shop, when they will be made...?
The wealthiest prefer to hodl for now, but it could be risky.
1. What is the difference between "withdrawal" and "MIA"?
2. What happens to those which do not participate to a particular round (or more)? I am referring to the ones you nominated both with "withdrawal" and "MIA". Are they disqualified? Also, as a secondary question: is anyone disqualified in this game for any other reason excepting losing all lives? (I am thinking at cases like when someone is absent for several rounds, for example.)
MIA is for players who lost their final life by failing to participate in the game.
Accordingly, those who voluntarily withdrew are classified as MIA.
There will (possibly soon) be an additional category :" Eliminated". It's for players who lost while actively participating in the game.
This distinction between Eliminated and Missing in Action may be important in the future. Who knows ?

I had considered offering a "vacation joker" that would allow players to skip a round without penalty. However, it could easily abused, so I abandoned the idea. Nowadays, everyone has a phone, and can take 5 minutes to submit the BTC price.
3. Who is winning this game?

(Feel free to laugh at this question but I am serious though.) I looked in your posts but I could not see this... Is the winner the last man standing (meaning the last one which does not lose all lives)? Or... is he the one which has the most BTC at the end of the contest...?
Errr… I gave some hints :
a battle royale where only the last survivor will win the big prize
There will be only one winner.
Indeed, it is a last‑man‑standing, a battle royale. You can win this game without having won a single round or die rich.
BUT there can still be surprises until the end
